These are some of the kindest, loveliest service folks out there. They treat your house like a home, and they treat the people they work with as other humans. I cannot say the same for many other service folks out there today, unfortunately. Lee Company provides quality care and thorough service. Yes, they are professionals which means that certain repairs will cost more. However, with a service visit, they can assess beforehand and give you a quote, leaving you to decide if you would like to go with their services.

Personally, as a homeowner, there were several things wrong with our new build that we needed some help on. Our builders rushed through several things, including an issue with electricity that always scares me. The staff who helped us have always been extremely dedicated, explaining us each step they were going to do patiently, without contempt or condescension. Again, I can't say I've always experienced that, particularly as a woman of color living in the South.

Our neighbor recommended their maintenance service, and we have invested in it with no regrets. The people who chat with us are always polite, no matter on the phone or in person. The standard of care is really high, and I think they really value people at their company. It shows through their willingness to converse with clients and treat them kindly.

I called for a maintenance check on my two heat & air units, and an estimate on replacing them. No one ever called back, so I called Phase 3. They replaced my two units, and Lee Company lost over $6,000 in a sale and lost any future business or recommendations.

I called Lee Company to replace my kitchen sink's hot and cold water supply lines. A friend of mine from out of state who is a plumber looked at it over the phone and said that a good plumber would charge about 50 dollars total. The lines I needed were about 9 dollars, so this made sense to me. The Lee company intended to charge me 90 dollars for the fix alone, not including the call-out fee which they did end up not charging me in all fairness. Not only that but there is now another leak on the sink itself that I was told will require a whole new sink. I have never seen that leak before. I will not be using this company again.

The woman I spoke to on the phone and there was extremely rude on not one but two calls to the office. The rate to install a water heater was absolute highway robbery and nobody in the right mind would have paid that I in fact did find somebody who does home improvement on the side and he only charged me $175 which is absolutely reasonable not the ridiculous garbage quote they gave me which was in the hundreds, I think that businesses who take advantage of people think they're the only game in town really need to rethink their ideology and get rid of the female who fills that she can treat people however her she sees fitting.

I have found Lee Company to be very reliable. I appreciate the photos they provide to show me the reasons behind the suggested repairs. The technicians are respectful of my home, friendly and seem to be well trained. I am a ""plan member"" and I have them inspect my electrical, plumbing and HVAC each year.

Still after months of ending my service agreement they are trying to rob me if more money.

I Canceled my monthly service agreement in May 2023.
Was charged again for 5 months at once at the end of November out of no where, and then again in December. Called multiple times and was told a refund is being sent in the mail... NOT TRUE. apparently that request was denied for outstanding balance reasons on a service call charge submitted for someone coming out to QUOTE a project for lighting and electrical ( which was $500 more expensive then the company I eventually chose to do the job).
Never once did anyone request payment for a service charge fee, nor would have I ever agreed to pay money for someone to quote me on a potential project.
This company is designed to provide a mediocre service and take money out of your pocket as often as possible.

Stay away... Stay far far far away.

Called to report broken AC unit on 90 degree day. Lee came same day w 2 techs. Did complete check on both zones for obvious issues...all looked fine. Went to attic it was a clogged line. Vacuumed it out and and got the air cold. Went under house to check for drainage and see about any issues. Went above and beyond and had complete confidence in them as professionals and their no nonsense approach. Will use again for sure.

We are a long term customer of Lee Company.
We have spent thousands of dollars with them. New AC unit, water pump, service fees, etc.
We recently called them because we are interested in connecting our emergency generator to the house.
To come and give us an estimate they charge us a $75 ""dispatch fee""
When I tell them I don't think I should pay that for them giving me an estimate, they say that for small jobs this is the policy. That if a project manager had come we would not have to pay that fee. The thing is that they are the ones who decide who to send.
On top of all that, it turned out this is a 4K job and a project manager has to come and give the exact estimate. When I say, so now that this is a big job with a project manager, can you please wave the ""dispatch fee"". They say they can't do that
This is a racket.
