Lee company responded to my inquiry and scheduled an estimator to come to my home and see the project to provide an estimate. The estimator came and went and never got back to me with an estimate or not eve to say that they were not interested in the job, they simply stopped communicating. Terrible company

If you have money to just throw away go see Lee company. I bought my dad a new ceiling fan, so to take it down and put up the new fan on a 8 foot ceiling using a step stool to get to cost over 310 dollars for less than an hour of work. Thinking about become an electrician if that's the money there making. That is just the labor not including the fee to come to the house. Greed at its finest.

Almost impossible to schedule appointment. I have been calling for over a week to get annual maintenance schedule, on hold for half an hour, left messages still no luck!!

Repaired a small water leak from the crawl space. Charged $333 ($299 w/mil discount). I'll need to do some research on whether this is a normal charge. Technician was professional. Was seen promptly the day after I called.

They were able to schedule us right away. Once the tech arrived and assessed the problem with our AC units, he serviced them and had another tech deliver the part he needed to finish the job. He spent all day making sure the problem was fixed and was still very gracious as he wrote up our paperwork and explained the service agreements.

Not pleased with unresolved plumbing issue. Paid for service but problem still exists. Did nothing more than run an auger down pipe and then swipe credit card. Gotta say I'm unimpressed., can't recommend Lee Company to anyone and will need to find a real plumber.
