Even though I had a specific list of items to be done, they were going to charge me $95 for a service call to come out and give me a price for the work I wanted done. I never contacted them back when I heard that.

The driver of this truck was very aggressive and tried to run myself and my 75-year-old mother off the road near Dunbar Cave on Warfield. He yelled profanities and honked his horn which scared my mother quite a bit and was very aggressive towards us. We had to swerve and go off of the road and come back on just to avoid being hit by him. I have called several times over the last week to report this to the Lee company and they have not responded to any of my calls and seemed not to be very concerned about the safety of the people of Clarksville. I feel very fortunate that I have never had to call this company as I would hate to have an individual like this in my house, I'm sure he does it in his private vehicle if he does it in the work truck and I would highly recommend a review of his standing with my company if he was my employee. They may show up and do work but when it's time to get something fixed or there's a complaint you're non-existent and that is one of the things that I cannot stand about a business.

Service scheduling was not only quick (they even had same day available) but flexible. The scheduling window was narrow -- they did not make me block out a 12 hour window during which they ""might arrive"", but booked and arrived within a 30-minute window.

Technician was clean, friendly, personable, and efficient. Work was quick and well done. Happy with the service, they will be my first choice for future electrical work.

We use Lee Company and twice a year they check Heating/AC and out electrical. This is a straight forward company with honest service personnel. I also like very much receiving a military discount when we need work to be done.

They call ahead, put covers on shoes for entering the house, review everything, take photos, and explain everything as detailed as you would like. Even when work is required or they find something they don't do a hard sell. They may say this has to be done or they may say you might want to schedule this as this should be done every say 5 years for duct cleaning. Then they can give you the price and you can decide on the scheduling.

Taking pics of my A/C or him standing next to the unit would do little to aid this review. The proof is in the satisfaction. We are totally satisfied.

Lee Company has already been to our home twice: to add a supply line for a gas dryer and to perform routine maintenance on the HVAC systems. On both calls the technicians called when enroute and arrived early in their scheduled windows. All work accomplished in a timely fashion. Both teams cleaned up things before they left. Prices were reasonable. I even signed up for an annual service plan. Good folks!
