Plumbing issue caused me to call them. Honest company came out and gave a bid for the job and suggested cheaper alternatives to fix the issues.

Nick, the service tech, gets 5 stars for his professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service. He found the electrical issue I called about in about 15 minutes.
Lee Company billing method gets 2 stars. When I contacted them via email, I was advised that there would be a $79 charge initially. I assumed that that fee would include the diagnosis of the problem. My experience with other service companies like appliance and HVAC, diagnosing the problem and the cost to do the repair was included in this fee. That is not the case with Lee Company. The $79 fee was just for them to show up.

They billed me additional $85 to diagnose the problem. They also charged me another $75+ to replace a $5 light switch. Nick was here about an hour. I was never advised of these fees.

When I asked Nick for the amount needed for the check. He stated that it was the cost was $199.90. Nick was going to finish the invoice in his van and would email it to me. A short time later, I got an invoice for $120.90. I never got an invoice that included the initial $79 charge.

Be aware of their billing. Make sure you understand what they charging you for before you have them come out.
I made the mistake and got way overcharged. I saw other reviews with similar overcharging. I won't make that mistake again.
Nick did a good solving my electrical issue, but did a poor job of advising me of the charges.

The representative who came out to look at the projects was nice and I felt comfortable. BUT, he never got back with me with a complete estimate.

Had a 5 ton unit with gas installed. Despite the cold, super windy and rainy weather, the team did an excellent job. They kept me informed during the entire process, and I really appreciated the extra effort they put into the work.

I replaced a 30-year-old unit that has cost me money each year with repairs during the 5 years I've owned this house. Now, I'm looking forward to using my new RUUD unit, controlled by my phone and voice activation through Alexa.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee Company for your next HVAC / Plumbing or Electrical project.

The Lee Company are very thorough and we have the VERY affordable, less than 20.00 per month service contract where they come out every 3 or 4 months to check all of our systems: electrical, plumbing, heat and air and one other I can't remember. They keep us safe and watch for preventative issues that could arise. they are always professional and knowledgeable. I am always pleased with their services.

Nick and Shane came in and did a great job for a fair price including videos of much of the work process. Great communication throughout the process as well. A contractor bailed on us after paying him for most of the job, wish I would have called Lee company to begin with.
