Our company has used Ledoux Backflow Testing for the past 3 years. They have been great every time. I love that they are responsive to emails and are quick to get you scheduled and taken care of. Love these guys. Responded quickly to phone calls, used my requested channel of communication, invoice was clear and sent promptly, accommodated the schedules of our tenants at the building, and I didn't need to follow up or handhold them to get the job finished.

Stephen, the owner, is a straight shooter with honest information. MUCH better than the guy I used weeks prior. The other backflow tester in July lied about being from the city, tested the unit, told us he was going to fix it and notify our water provider, and then never lifted a finger after that. After that I was left with a major amount of back-and-forth with Sac Suburban Water and a notice that they were going to shut water off if the testing and repairs weren't performed over the next weekend.

Anyways, Stephen is like Hank Reardon from Atlas Shrugged and the other guy I used is like a retarded armless criminal with a serious amount of bad juju coming his way.

In closing of this rant, always remember that subcontractors and vendors can make your life a whole lot easier or complicated as hell. Choose wisely and always consider reputation in conjunction with price, timing, and efficiency. Thanks again LeDoux

We had our backflow device stolen and the city had turned off the water to our business. I called LeDoux Backflow testing and they had a new device installed and our water turned back on by 2:00 that afternoon. I really appreciated the great service.
