Watch out - these guys are hustlers. Called for a furnace repair. They made three trips out and still didn't fix the problem. This didn't stop them from trying to bill me for all the time and materials. (They seem to just replace parts randomly hoping that something will work). I also got a bid from them to repair some ductwork under the house. Their bid was over $3000. Fortunately, I had gone into the crawlspace and knew what was needed, so I called another company who came out and repaired the ductwork for $285! They also fixed the furnace which is now working just fine. DON'T USE SERVCO!

Our heat pump motor (inside furnace) went out and Servco was able to come by the next day after I called...they ordered the parts but they sold the last one in Texas and ""needed to make some more"" Debbie was very helpful but the serviceman Dave went above and beyond, called and came out on a weekend because he had an idea that might work (didn't, but great effort) Finally Dave found a module that someone had ordered and not used and was so eager to come out and install it. In spite of 3 trips to my house, the total was less than they had guessed originally. Servco installed this system in 1990 and they are still our go to....this reminds us why!!

Zach was amazing! He had my plumbing crisis fixed in just a couple minutes. He pointed out another issue and quickly repaired that too.
I would highly recommend Servco! I called at a bit after 8 am and before 9:30 am everything is fixed! Thank you, Servco and especially Zach....

If I could give zero stars I would. I had Lebanon Servco service my air conditioner last July and they added a pound and a half of refrigerant to my unit. It stopped working and I had another company come out and look since I thought it was odd it stopped working within a year of service. That company told me the wrong cap was put on causing the leak. Refrigerant is $75 a pound and I lost all 6 pound. I called Servco and the lady was rude and defensive. The technician called and said he didn't replace the cap and basically it wasn't there fault. I had another company come out and look. They also said whoever put the cap on caused the leak. I will never use Servco again.

We are property owners in Lebanon and used Servco for a plumbing needs. They did the following.

1. Overcharging on the agreed amount of the hourly rate.
2. Changing the bill after we received the final bill at the time of service.
3. Padding the bill by excessively overcharging for parts.
4. A behavior of intimidation, bullying, and threating by ""Cory"" (last name unknown) he refused to give his last name.
5. Refusal by Cory to give names or pluming license of the two plumbers he sent to out home.

No one should be bullied, threaten, or intimidated into complying into a bill or situation they feel is unjust. I speak not only for us, but for every other person that experiences this type of lying and greed.
""Never be afraid to raise your voice for honesty and truth and compassion against injustice and lying and greed. If people all over the world...would do this, it would change the earth.""

This is the second time we have had Servco out to put something in. The first time, they put in a furnace for us. They are neat, considerate and professional. This time, we had them add the airconditioning unit to the furnace. They came out, discussed what we wanted/needed, we made a decision and it was done!

We have worked with SERVCO several times. They are always professional, prompt, and leave our jobsites clean when they're done. Dan and Lisa are very knowledgeable and are always happy to answer questions.

Ive had great luck with Servco - very professional and fairly priced with very good customer service. HOWEVER, please be aware that the warranties on the heat pumps are NOT transferrable if you sell your property!!! Its not Servco but the manufacturer itself! I think its absolutely NUTS - but true of ALL heat pump manufacturers! Lenox, Trane - all of them. I would absolutely go back to Servco again but am REALLY irritated about the warranty thing!!!
(which is not the fault of Servco!!)
