We had years of problems with poor hot water flow in the house. Aaron K of LeapFrog came over fixed it in an afternoon. He went the extra mile to make sure everything worked perfectly. It works so well now that I don't know how we survived before.

Look no further! Leap Frog is the best! I have known Maurice the owner for a very very long time! He is a good guy with stand up values, morals and great character! Leap Frog has taken care of all my plumbing needs and then some at my home in Clayton. They are fair and honest, not to mention they know their stuff! Take a LEAP over to Leap Frog!

Bad experience with Leapfrog plumbing! We had no hot water, they said thermacoupler needed to be replaced on water heater and could only get the part from a place in Sacramento, so had to special order. This was Thursday and not to get part til Tuesday so that is 6 days with no hot water! Charged $149 for service call and then will be Another $525 when part comes in. Sounded too high so I just called my contractor to come check it out, he made one quick phone call then drove to Dublin to pick up the part, came back and installed it within 30 minutes and get this, charged total of $147!!!
Something definitely not adding up with Leapfrog plumbing, Never again!!

I just increased my star rating from 1 to 2 stars, owner has since called me, apologized , reimbursed my service charge and sent me a voucher to give them another try for future work.

Our master shower drain was backing up and we called late afternoon on 6/26/14. They sent Luigi out the very next day (6/27/14) as they said. He arrived just a bit early (yeah) and did a great thorough job. Very courteous and professional young man. Also appreciate the fact Leapfrog charges by the job and not the hour. We found Leapfrog via yelp reviews and was glad we did!

Experienced a toilet issue which ended up flooding our master bathroom including closets. Leapfrog and Aaron Kelly were out to the house within 25 minutes of the initial call. Stopped the issue.....they did such a good job that we purchased and replaced 5 toilets based on their recommendations. Toto Supreme ll. Arron arrived about 10 am, just left at 4pm, installed all 5 new thrones!
This is a great company with active caring employees. Hats off!

I had a leak in my toilet in the master bath. I called Leap Frog in the afternoon and got an early am appt for the following day. Aaron came out, he was prompt, courteous and explained the situation and my options. He got the job done in 1 1/2 hours with no mess at all. So, definitely call Leap Frog Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Aaron replaced a leaking and rusted garbage disposal. In the process he discovered a pipe that was not adequately tightened, fixed that, and asked some questions about the general functioning of the system. I thought he was very thorough, explained what he did, and was very friendly.

I had a terrible experience this company.. it amazes me that they have such high reviews. We replaced our counters and therefore needed a new faucet connected, the garbage disposal reconnected and all of the plumbing under the sink put back together. I also need the gas connection to the stove checked to make sure it wasn't leaking (I had reattached the gas line ). The plumber that came from Leapfrog gave an estimate of $800 - which is ridiculous. When I told him this, he said how much do you want to pay?

Really?? Is this how we work with trades people in the U.S? I said about $300 - which was my guess as to how much the work should really cost. He said he had to call his manager, then said. Ok we can do it for $475. So just by challenging his outrageous bid it came down by almost 1/2!. I said no thanks.

The next day I called Benicia plumbing who said they charge $125 and hour and charge in 15 minute intervals after the first hour. Without seeing the job onsite - they thought about 2-4 hours of work. Their man came out the next day and the total charge INCLUDING some new parts was $307 (so I guess my ""gut"" estimate was pretty good.

I would NEVER call Leapfrog again based on this experience.

Had a plumbing issue on a Sunday and needed fast service. Called around and got a lot of Monday appointments. Leapfrog came out quickly and ahead of schedule. Dave was a courteous professional and dealt with the issues in a friendly way. We will use them from now on. Highly recommend!!

So I had an emergency today, Memorial Day, with some plumbing needs. I called up Leapfrog plumbing and they said they'd be out in about three or four hours. So I said great, come on by. About an hour and a half later Aaron came by to take care my emergency.
I felt the price was great - especially for Memorial Day and coming by within an hour and a half. The service was awesome he took care the job professionally quickly and friendly.

I thoroughly recommend Leapfrog plumbing for your emergencies and other plumbing needs.
