Every time I call, leapfrog has come to the rescue quickly. The first time we had no water to our house. They came that afternoon and fixed it. Outstanding company!! They are prompt and very transparent. Love them!

After experiencing a huge price gouging by using Roto Rooter, my son learned a valuable lesson-Call Leapfrog Plumbing to the rescue and use them for all your plumbing needs in the future. This company has been our go to for years and consistently responds with courtesy and competency, fair prices and concern for what the customer is experiencing. This week a simple clogged kitchen sink turned into a major loss of kitchen sink function as the drain pipe could not be reconnected. RotoRooter wanted 1200-2000k to replace the pipe. We believed that price range was just way too steep. Though we had to wait 3 days for Leapfrog, we were willing to in order for the job to done correctly by a company we trust both in skill and price. They replaced the drain pipe today for about $650. Shout out to Leapfrog for a great website, Carol for the swift scheduling and Josh, the techniician who completed the job for us. Leapfrog will not disappoint. Mo, you've got a great company!

I called LeapFrog a couple years back to handle a few plumbing tasks. We had an issue and the owner stood up, got the error fixed and then comp'd the bill. I was blown away by the business ethics and was committed to giving them our future plumbing business.

With the recent rains our drains around the property were backing up and pooling. I called LeapFrog to water jet the lines. They were on site in an hour. Their tech was great and was up front with what they could and couldn't fix. Fortunately we got one of two lines opened and our lawn crew will be out tomorrow to handle the other.

I just had an amazing experience with Leapfrog Plumbing. I had a major problem with a leak under my sink, that was getting worse by the hour, and Leapfrog came to my rescue. They promptly notified the other residents in the building about the need to shut off the water and obtained emergency authorization from my HOA, which saved me a lot of trouble. Josh was very competent, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

Leapfrog: responded immediately and fixed my shower valve and my flush handle. They worked hard to save me money using appropriate means.

LeapFrog plumbing has poor costumer service. One of their employees parked in a no parking zone in our complex which caused a problem with the garbage truck trying to pick up garbage. Needless to say, our garbage wasn't picked up. When asking the employee to park elsewhere, he got in his truck and started to drive off. Another neighbor came out whom didn't get his garbage picked up too and started to talk to him and a argument started. I called the company and tried to explain the situation but was put on hold. I called back because I wanted the company to take care of the situation so this doesn't happen again but the manager would interrupt as I was trying yo explain why the truck should not have been there in the first place. She started yelling so I just hung up. These work ethic are very poor and I will not be calling them for my plumbing.

Gordon the plumbing tech was able to diagnose why water in my Navien tankless system was not getting hot. He spoke with Navien technical support by phone and got additional help . Gordon is like a detective he keeps searching for the cause of a problem and he does not give up. I appreciate his experience and honesty . Now I can finally take a hot shower tonight! Leapfrog is the best!

Leapfrog came to my house to replace a disposal that was leaking water into the cabinet. Scheduling the appointment and they had several options I could choose from. I appreciated them being able to get me in quickly as the failing disposal rendered my kitchen sink inoperable.

The technician that arrived was knowledgeable and installed the new disposal with minimal fuss and impact to the house. He was delayed about 90 minutes outside of the window, but sometimes life happens especially during the pandemic season.

Leapfrog was the most expensive to those I bid out to by about $125. From what I could tell I got a premium garbage disposal, an appointment scheduled quickly, and a technician that did good work. I can't say if the other providers wouldn't have used a similar model or would've been equally as good but I've learned you do pay for quality.
