If I could rate 6 stars I would! Mr Willis not only fixed my kitchen leak , but came same day, Christmas Eve I might add.

This is the 2nd time we've used LP. Both times they were able to get me in right away. Mike does a great job of working efficiently and effectively. And is very reasonably priced. The first time, he replaced a shower handle and faucet. Today he replaced some copper pipes in the basement that were corroded. He also gave us recommendations for our irrigation system and we will be using him for our back flow test. Highly recommend!

Mike does a wonderful job! They work with you, it is easy to get an appointment, they're good with their quotes! You do not feel like you've been ripped off when you're already in an emergency situation! They are very professional.
I will definitely call them again!

I had some issues with a basement toilet. Contacted Leaky Pipes and Mike was out the next day to fix the flange and reseat the toilet. Professional service and hopefully no further issues.

PUBLIC BEWARE I've had Leaky Pipes several times for minor things... Always seemed like a nice man this is the elder of Leaky Pipes. I had him out last week for a leaky stool, he said it was the shut off valve and replaced it. I had not seen a leak there. I took his word for it and left it to the professional. Then over the week- end we noticed the toilet tips away from the floor. I called them back out ( thinking he forgot to tighten a bolt after his inspection) When Leaky Pipes came in he didn't remove his shoes( he had the other day) so that was my first red flag I didn't say anything, then he marched ( and I mean marched)threw to the bath room( at this point I'm becoming stressed) he begins moving things from the bathroom and I say what are you doing?? He says if it's the flange( obviously he new it was) you'll be w/ out a toilet and I'll have to tear the ceiling out and on and on he goes.( obviously knowing this needed done last Wk) I said wait a min you knew it was bad when you left here the other day. I paid you to come out to fix the problem and you said it was the shut off and fixed it w/ out a discussion. As I said water was at the base not the shut off. Well he stomped to the door and said if your not happy get someone else and stomped out slamming my door. Out 150.00 and nothing was fixed proper but a loose fitting on the back of the tub. His anger sincerely made me shake! Beware public.

I hired leaky pipes a few months ago.. he swapped all my copper pipes to pvc for my basement renovation. Very punctual and fair priced, got the job done at a timely manner and also looked great. I will recommend leaky pipes to any of my friends.

I have had them over to my house several times and so has my mother. They fixed the faucet for my mother that others couldn't. For me, they have always been nice, professional, time their projects well, and do good work. I plan on having them back and have recommended them to friends.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Called to fix a leaky shower drain. We were told on the phone that the initial house call was free to diagnose the problem and we would be provided a quote to repair the issue and we were scheduled for the next week to fix the repair. The plumber came and he was looking around upstairs in the master bathroom and downstairs (unfinished basement) for awhile and we were waiting in the living room. He finally came out and said he didn't find the leak but wanted to show us what he did. He had scratched our shower handle trying to take it off and said we may want to replace it. This didn't seem so bad until he showed us the hole he cut in the drywall behind the shower. It was over a foot square. He NEVER asked us if he could do that. I asked him if he had someone to fix it and he said we were expected to fix it because it was required to diagnose the problem. Water would have to defy gravity to go from the pipes located behind the wall to end up under the shower drain without making a trail of water along the way. We do not feel this is how you do business. You should always ask the homeowner if you can do something like that before creating a larger issue. I told him we were not paying him for any services until the wall is fixed. He gave us a $79 bill for the service charge (which we were told was supposed to be a free service call) and the name of his drywall friend to call to fix the drywall. I asked what company the drywall guy works for and he said he works for himself and I said I want a reputable person fixing the drywall and I definitely didn't trust his friend after the way he did business. I was holding the invoice and he said, ""give me the f%&$ing paper,"" after I repeated I wasn't paying anything until the wall was fixed. He then screamed, ""Don't ever call me again,"" and slammed the front door. He then dumped his cigarette butts (about 15-20) all over our driveway before he drove away. All of this and he didn't even find the leak!!!

I have used Leaky Pipes many times and am looking to hire them again. As a comparison, I called a competitor to look at a bathtub leak and they told me that it was something like $300+ to look into it and that often they break and cost more. LP fixed if for next to nothing and in the process, he explained to me why they often do break and how he assures they don't. Honestly I think it was like $50 which included the part.

The only slight ding is scheduling. They will 'work in' people if they have openings that come up before the appointment. Sometimes that is awesome and you are done quicker, but sometimes it isn't convenient. In fairness, I've never tried saying no, I need to stick with my appointment time. Odds are they'd say ok.

Highly recommended.

Not recommending them. Charged me another hour, $75, for breaking my tub faucet knob and had to go get one. I called the owner and left a message questioning my bill and they have not called me back.
