There are a couple of things that I wanted to discuss about this team. (All good things) 1) The app - the app itself is very good. It tells me exactly what I need to know. For example, I can track the water usage and thus detect if there are any leaks. I had a major leak at my last home in Houston, TX so I was actively looking for any devices and apps that would track active water usage. After hours on google and reddit, this was definitely the one that stood out. I am sure the other ones were fine, but this one had exactly what I needed. 2) The install team - they were very professional, quick to reply. They installed the product a few weeks ago (during COVID pandemic) and followed all of the protocols. I felt comfortable - they wore masks and still stood far away from everyone. 3) Follow up - they did a great job at making sure that I knew how to use the device even after they left. I highly recommend reaching out to them. Definitely check them out.
