Fred, the owner, took his time and is very thorough with the leaks repair on my property. I had slab leaks and he gave me three options but I chose to rerouted the water lines which is the most cost effective. I highly recommended using him against all other plumbers. He worked tirelessly everyday to get the job done as soon as possible even if he has to put in 12 hours each day. You can always count on Fred for being up front on the price and honesty with his recommendations.

Most amazing service that I have ever enjoyed from a plumbing services company. Fred was unbelievably personal and cared for our home as if it were his own. Our issue was a clogged shower drain, which was quickly resolved with full explanation helping us to avoid this in the future.

Unimpressed. Fred was accommodating to meet at our home for a remodel project. He appeared to be professional, confident, and meticulous. After spending about 30 minutes going through my house, all I wanted was an itemized estimate and for him to start as I have ongoing LEAKs that need to be addressed urgently. I texted asking for an estimate. Got a reply later in the evening "Sorry I won't be able to help you got stuck with a contract . " that happens of course. I asked if I could wait for him. "After that I'll be out of the country for a month" I asked if he had any other plumber that he could recommend - answer "No". No other professional colleague - "no" I found this answer very odd & in retrospect I felt I misjudged his professionalism. Why bother coming to my house if you have a pending contract. My leak persists without needed attention so much for the business name.

I can't say enough positive things about Fred and his company, Leak. He just installed a 50 Gallon gas water heater for us and did a superb job. He schedule us on a Tuesday at 10AM a few days in advance. Showed up 10 minutes early ready to go Tuesday. It was raining outside and I told Fred, I'm sorry it's a crappy day out today. He responded and said, "It's a beautiful day!". He's just so positive and does such a great job. Not many people do you trust to do work on your house, but I trust Fred 100%.

Both Fred and David are great at what they do. They've completed various jobs for us at two different houses (among them replacing two water heaters after we bought our new house) and we have always been very happy with their work. They come out on short notice and their fees are reasonable, and they are as friendly as polite as it gets. I would recommend them to anyone, and have referred several of my neighbors and friends to them who have been equally happy with their work.
