Simply the best service you will find! Leak Troopers solved the problem and took care of the mess in no time. The customer service was excellent and the prices were fair. The representative was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. In the future I will be using this company if I have any more leaks.

Disclaimer: I am a professional writer which usually gets paid to review businesses, however this is my personal account on my own experience, and I am prompted by the top notch service I received from Caleb. He figured out in a few minutes what a few more mature professionals couldn't in a few weeks, advised me with knowledge in the following steps, was friendly, direct, honest and helpful. One can only wish all companies hired top performers like him.

I am going to give you my honest opinion on this Company destruction troopers, stay far away from this company. I hired the for a re-pipe of my home and it's the worst experience I have ever had with any company. They are never on time, leave early, rude and disrespectful, liars, crooks, destructive, impolite, and the list goes on and on. They destroyed the my floors , destroyed the foundation of my home , in three days all they did was wasted my time and ruined my home. I am writing this review so all who read this will not experience what me and my wife went through. I wish I could load pictures.

If there were zero (0) stars, I would have selcted it. This company doesn't deserve 1 star. I selected this company amongst others because of the good reviews that I read on yelp and I regret doing so. I am so dissapointed in the company and the lack of service, or should I say """"no service"""" that I have received. I initially contacted Leak Troopers of Hollywood, Florida on November 9, 2023 because of a leak inside my home. I knew it was inside but did not know where it was. I was told that someone would contact me to make arrangements to come over to my home. I was contacted by a gentleman by the name of Gil, which I was pleased of the response so quickly. He informed me that he would come over and with his years of experience, would tell me within minutes where the leak was. I had already informed him that my plummer that I usually have to service my home had already established that it was from the inside on the cold side and not the hot side but he did not do leak detection which I informed Mr. Gil when he arrived. Much to my dissapointment, he literally did nothing and could not pin point where the leak was and said that he was going to go to the office where he works and get a detector machine and he would return. Prior to leaving he replaced and relocated my main shut off valve and he charged me $450 of which I received a 10% senior citizen discount which came to $405.00. I paid him $$225.00 through Zelle, which I wasn't to thrilled in doing so and then the remaining balance of $180.00 on my debit card. Mr Gil never returned with any equipment and I never heard from him thereafter, instead, he contacted the owner, a gentlemen by the name of Ceasar and told him of my situation. Mr Ceasar stopped by my home about an hour later and looked both inside and outside of my home, pretty much repeated what Mr Gil had previously done and informed me that I would need a """"advance detector"""" machine to locate exactly where the leak was. He informed me to call the office for an appointment. I called the office and scheduled an appointment for Saturday, December 23rd at 9:00 am. I even received a text message asking me to confirm the appointment, which I had. On Saturday it was 10:00 am, no technician, no phone call, nothing. 11:00 am came, no phone call, no tech....nothing. I called the office and at that time, I was informed that the tech had a family emergency and could not come. At that time, I expected them to say, that they would send over somone else, but no, that did not happen. The phone representative said that they could get someone to come over on the following Tuesday, but this would not work for me because I would be working and did not get prior notice to my job to take the day off. I expressed my fustrations and dissapointment to the customer service representative that I did not even receive a phone call or any information as to why their tech was a no-show until I called myself. I requested for a portion of the money I paid to be refunded due to services not rendered and asked for the owner Ceasar to contact me. I have not heard from him or anyone else. I feel that this company has taken advantage of me as a consumer and charging $405 to changed a main water valve is not justified. They never used any leak detector equipment when they first came out but it is listed on my invoice as a leak detector test. What he claimed to have done had already been established. Plus, they quoted me with a charge of $325.00 an hour for the future work of finding the leak when they return. I feel totally ripped off by this company and regret ever calling them. Terrible customer service and communication and it makes me wonder if this company is even legit. I will also be filing a complaint with the Department of business and licensing. CONSUMERS BEWARE! something is not right with this company and their legitimacy is questionable.

We hired Leak Troopers (booked through Caesar) to provide leak detection service for what we believed was a leak in the bathroom behind the toilet and they subcontracted the job to G & R Plumbing unbeknownst to us. A plumber by the name of Gil came in and indicated we did not need leak detection as he was able to find the leak in the CPVC pipe behind the bathroom toilet, we already had the drywall cut away because we did mold remediation. Simultaneously while discovering the leak, Gil starts to work on replacement and breaks another pipe while capping the broken pipe. After an hour of work to allow the pipes to dry before retesting the leak, Gil tells us he did perform the leak detection and would need to charge us for the leak detection ($500), the repair to fix the original leak ($250) and the extra piping that Gil broke himself for $750. After expressing shock of the price, he insisted that he gave us a great price even though the cost of the parts repaired was probably $10 at your local hardware store. We not only disagreed with the price because he never provided an estimate prior to fixing it like we asked but also with the leak detection because the leak was visible with the naked eye, he never did an official leak detection. After calling Leak Troopers for the second time to argue this and request a copy of the leak detection report if one was actually done, they sent us a report that was clearly copy and paste from another report they sent someone else because it said the leak was in the second-floor bathroom, we have a single-story house! And it said we agreed to replace the toilet with a new one, we did not and the toilet was never touched! And Gil checked the water meter and rechecked the entire plumbing after fixing the leak, which he did not we were with him the entire time. They sent us a report from another house!! They scammed us out of $500 and overcharged us for the leak repair. The entire job charged was $1500!! Scammers! Do not trust or use Leak Troopers or G & R Plumbing, Inc!!
