I am very pleased with the service and professionalism I received from our service team of Timo and Josh. Timo worked hard before he even arrived to be informed about the situation and his communication during scheduling, and the appointment, was much appreciated. He is obviously very knowledgeable and arrived on time with confirmation before our appointment. They were thorough, prepared with all supplies that they needed, clean while they worked and polite. Most importantly they accurately discovered the source of water damage in my kitchen. Ours was a difficult leak to detect in its hidden location, but after a thorough inspection they found a ruptured dishwasher fill line leaking water in the space underneath my kitchen cabinets. After another plumbing outfit recently replaced the failed water supply line between the meter and our house, we thought our leak problems were over. Unfortunately, we continued to see evidence of continued leakage in the garage and called Leak Star. We were immediately impressed by our call actually being answered by Timo, instead of a recorded message. After a brief explanation of our problem, Timo scheduled a time for him to come over and investigate the leak source the following morning. He was completely upfront with the pricing for that service and we were next impressed by the fact that he both texted and called to let us know he would be over later than scheduled due to an emergency job ahead of our appointment. Once he arrived, Timo and his assistant began a thorough and meticulous investigation of our plumbing system throughout the house, using the latest available leak detection equipment. Rather than jumping to any immediate conclusions, they spent over an hour with their investigation before determining the most probable location of the source and how to mitigate the problem. We were told upfront what the cost would be and scheduled repairs for the following morning. They arrived punctually at 8:00 am and by noon, the problem was resolved! As a developer, I deal with many contractors and I have to say that without a doubt, Timo and Leak Star earned a rare five star rating in my experience for their outstanding knowledge, reliability, fair pricing, and execution.

I called Leak Star on a Monday around 11am and spoke to Timo who assured me they could be out to inspect a possible slab leak within a few hours. Sure enough he showed up at 3:30 and after a thorough inspection confrimed the leak and sugggested we repipe around leak. Fast forward to Tuesday at 12pm and the work is complete. They were extremely neat and and even fixed my kitchen faucet. The best part is that the total cost was a lot less than I anticipated and even at the low end of what Timo had estimated. I would highly recommend Leak Star
if you suspect any type of water leak.

I had an undetected slab leak in my guest room and the water damage was fairly extensive. I found Leak Star on Yelp who had an excellent customer rating. Timo came out the next day and throughly explained to me what mitigation work would entail. He then went to work and found the source of the leak. Within the course of the next few days, he took care of everything, including removal (drywall, baseboard, baseboard, flooring, carpet, cabinet, sink), drying (using several dehumidifiers), and repiping/rerouting. Although repiping/rerouting was not covered by my insurance, Timo explained to me the Pros/Cons and I decided to do it to eliminate any anxiety of this happening again. What impressed me the most about Timo was his professional demeanor and work ethic. He showed up at 8AM every morning and worked til 5PM (or later on some days). He is also honest and friendly too. He also worked very closely with my insurance company which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Timo and he would be the first person to call if this ever happens again (which I hope not)!

Timo found and fixed our leak in one morning for less than half of the other plumber's estimate. His leak detection tool must be better than some other leak detectors because it didn't take him more than 10 minutes to find the problem. The other plumber was talking about ripping up our driveway!

I had a slab leak in my home, felt the warmth of hot water coming through my flooring. I called around to a few companies and found Timo from Leak Star. He was very prompt, professional, and to the point. I was able to set up an appointment with him the following day and he confirmed my leak. He worked on rerouting my water line and completed it quickly. I highly recommend Timo! He did a great job!

I had a slab leak coming up in the garage. I was not sure if it was from sprinkler valves outside or where? I called Leak Star about a month ago and spoke with Timo. He spent a lot of time on the phone trying to walk me through the problem. He was waiting for some new equipment so we held off on an appointment.
A few weeks later, I called again. Timo remembered me and came out the following day. Found the problem and scheduled the repair for the next day.
Fixed the problem for the quoted estimate along with some other issues he found.

After a week of a faint smell of mildew, I finally checked our water meter to find that we did in fact have something leaking but could not be seen. I called 3 companies with no immediate answer. I called Leak Star and Timo answered. He was calm and professional as I explained our issues. He was able to quickly diagnose our problem as a hot water slab leak and set a time to come check it out. He was timely and knew exactly what had to be done. The following day I had questions, I called, he picked up, knew exactly who I was and able to put my mind at ease.
After a half day's work, our leak had stopped, we had a new pipe with minimal impact on our drywall. I am beyond pleased with the work and the professionalism. I highly recommend and if we ever do have another situation, they will be my first call!
