Contacted Leak Squad to get some small plumbing jobs done while my partner was out of town. Very courteous. Did not show up until I called on day scheduled because I didn't get on the schedule & had to remind them. Arrived quickly & scheduled Max to come out the next day. Max arrived about 30 minutes after scheduled time. Did part of the work. One of the replacement faucets I had was defective. Instead of telling me, Max finished the install & left it with a steady drip. When I asked Max about this, he informed me I had purchased a cheap faucet. (Like I didn't know.) Had to call to get him to stay long enough for me to get another one. Then, he didn't finish the all the jobs. Had to call back, twice. By this time my partner was home & I was not so he ended up having to deal with this anyway. Then Randy, master plumber who doesn't get his hands dirty (his words, not mine), finally came & all the jobs were completed. However, we had some parts from thinking we could fix it ourselves that we offered to be used if needed. None were used, that we know of, but all were taken. Work done, but not a good experience.

Leak Squad is the BEST!!! Called on a Friday night in desperate need of help since we had NO water! Isaac came right out fixed the problem-we finally had water everywhere in our house except the kitchen sink since my husband broke the line and we had to wait for Kohler to send us a new faucet which came Tuesday morning! Isaac sent Alec out-he fixed it immediately-AMEN we finally had water in our kitchen. It happened to be my husband's birthday and we were having company for dinner! Two weeks later now we had a blockage in our toilet in the guest bathroom and again called Isaac who sent Alec out and again problem fixed!!!! Friends called us in a panic this past week had many water leaking problems -Isaac sent Alec out to their home and although he was there 3 days he managed to fix all their many problems! They're extremely intelligent, kind, courteous and ALWAYS will come out the moment you call them if it's an emergency! Love Love Love Isaac and Leak Squad! You won't be sorry if you call them and they will fix any plumbing problem you have!
