I can't say enough great things. Wonderful people with great service. I received a very high water bill. I checked my water meter and found it spinning at a high rate even though all of the water was turned off inside my house. I checked the crawl space and walked around my front yard without noticing anything. I called Leak Seekers. They were here within 24 hours. I was expecting to have to use high tech, expensive detection. He methodically isolated the leak and found it in a place where I would have NEVER thought to look. Leak was repaired quickly for a very reasonable price. He easily could have ran the price up on me, but he didn't. Integrity and professional competence seem to be in short supply in the world today, but NOT with this company. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely call again if the need arises again.

They are not open 24 hours. A call after 5 pm will be returned within the following business days. They did text me to confirm my claim was being processed when I put it in at night. Tech showed up within the time frame. Was able to fix the problem but left all the pipes cut/replaced.

I had a wobbly toilet he put piece of card board under toilet I asked if toilet will leak he said no but call if leak. That night when flush toilet it leak my white tile on left side of leak is dark brown to black. I called them she told me NO piece of card board cause leak she hung up I called back they blocked my phone number. My EYES DON'T LIE!! These people are the Worst!!

We had a hot water leak in the slab foundation. Chris responded quickly, isolated the area and made the repair with minimal interruption. We had hot water back on quickly. Thank you Chris!

5 stars just isn't enough! I thought I had a bigger problem than what I actually did! Leak Seekers did a phenomenal job! Totally recommend! Service was SUPER FAST and I couldn't ask for better prices! I will continue to use them!

I had a water leak under my sink. They came out right away. The plumber found the leak quickly. He left to buy a new one from Lowe's or Home Depot. He came back with a new faucet. It was not like the one I had but he said that was all he could fine he installed it and left. I go to check out his work and my sink is worse than before with A class three leak so I called him back and he came back right away and said he forgot to tighten the cold water valve and that's why it was leaking. You have to check behind them to make sure it is done correctly.

Don't hire this company. We bought a home and the previous owners' home warranty company hired them to fix a leaky faucet before closing. We just moved in. The leak was NOT fixed, but they said it was, and since it's been more than 30 days, they're demanding we pay them again for work they didn't do the first time around. It's a scam. Avoid.

AMAZING! I had an issue with water pressure in my home. The first plumber that came out (from a difference company) was unable to assist. Leak Seekers was contacted the next day for a second opinion. They quickly came out, diagnosed the problem, explained the issue to me, picked up parts, and repaired the issue all within the same day. Perfect ending to a crazy week with limited water access. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone! Detailed, professional, and timely! They serve the Columbia area.

Was referred to them by my home warranty service. Called several times returning calls. Had to leave messages. Was never able to speak to someone during the weekdays 9-5. Received a return call in the evening after 5PM at least twice. We were not available during that time.
