After my water bill doubled, I figured that there was a water leak somewhere on the property. Checking the water meter only confirmed my suspicion

So I called three leak detection experts in my area to come out, find the leak, and give me an estimate for repairs.

Even though there was no visible sign of any leakage, Tim quickly narrowed down the section of water pipe that was faulty. At the time I was still waiting for the other two plumbing companies to come out, so I told him, ""email me an estimate, I would give him a call later if I went with his company.""

Ultimately, I was most impressed with Tim, the owner of Leak Restoration Services. He was eager, knowledgeable, and professional, plus his estimate was fair.

Both he and his very experienced assistant Bobby repiped the section of the house with the slab leak, with zero issues. Plus, he followed up with a call and text a few days later to make sure there were no questions or problems. That kind of care and service is rare these days! It's for these reasons I added Leak Restoration Services to my contacts list.

After having one repair person come out and inform me that drywall would need to be removed and major repainting/repair would be required, Leak Restoration Services was called-in for a second opinion. Tim was honest and trustworthy from the start. He focused on the issue at hand, which was replacement of a flusher, and nothing else. He arrived timely and even followed-up a few weeks later to make sure everything was still operating correctly. When this is not your area of expertise and you need to rely on the opinion of someone else, I would count on Tim every time. It's nice to know people out there still do exist.

This is the second time I called Tim Gaspard with an emergency. First time it was a problem with the installation of my washer and dryer. He responded immediately and got the job done in a couple of hours. Yesterday morning I called him at 6am and he called me back right away. Our hot water heater was leaking and died so we definitely needed a new one ASAP. Tim got it done by late afternoon and my hot water was back on. A fair price with excellent customer service! If you need a plumbing job he is your guy!!
