Remember Shawn came in July 2023 and said the leak was the sheer decent and chalking was the issue. He replaced all that and out didn't done the problem. I called Shawn and he said he was busy for two weeks and would call me. He forward my pictures to as I did. In left several messages with your office. Evan, the name being the same, how would I know. Bottom line the work was sub/par because it still has several leaks, even though I paid for a new fountain and work on July 23. Is this not under warranty? It's not July 2024, a year later. Bottom line you didn't respond to several requests I made and don't back your work.
People need to know my experience.

Leak point came out to find leak in main line from street, we were told by water company we were using water when we were not. The spot where they indicated leak under concrete was over 10 feet away from the actual leak. Costing us significantly more in repair costs. Would not recommend leak point. We eventually found the leak after digging up most of the front yard.

I have used Leak Point for over a decade and they are always punctual and professional. They have always detected the pool leak in a timely manner and either fixed or recommended a company to resolve the issue quickly.

I spent $1000 with another leak company and they didn't
fix anything.

These guys are great. John worked his butt off and found two underground leaks.

I hope I never have another leak but if I do, LeakPoint will be the first call
I make.

I am so grateful to Mike and Evan for repairing the leak in my pool.

First off, I don't talk pool speak - Mike spent the better of an hour on the phone with me while we discussed the symptoms with my pool. I so appreciate his patience.

Next, Evan showed up as scheduled and quickly determined what was happening and went to work solving the problem. This was a two day repair and Evan returned with his partner to complete the job satisfactorily. My pool hasn't looked this good in YEARS!!!

I used leak point last year after referred to them by 2 different pool companies i've used. My water fall had a small leak in back. They determined it was my flagstone had a crack and it was leaking from there so they recommended removing the flagstone and putting it back down with new hydraulic cement. I agreed. They did the job and it came out great at least for a while. Cost me 2k start to finish for 20ft of flagstone being removed and replaced. I noticed some small cracks last month (April) on a small piece of flag stone and didn't pay attention to it thinking it was just because it was a small piece. A few days ago I noticed when the water comes over the spill way it goes underneath all the flag stone instead of over. I went over to check it out and noticed big 1- 1 1/2 inch thick chunks of the hydraulic cement they used inside my waterfall and more then half my flagstone is coming up. I contacted leak point to see if this was covered under warranty and they said because of constant ground movement its only warrantied for 30 days but they would be happy to send someone out to inspect and give me a bid. I find it amazing the so called constant ground movement only affected the flagstone they removed and replaced but did not affect any of my tiles, grout work, facing to the waterfall, equipment, lights, glass blocks, or fire pits that have been original for 15 years. I would not ever use this company again and will never recommend them to anyone.
