Just chiming in to say that we had Mike return for a 3rd and 4th time, and he was both times -- as usual -- prompt, reasonably priced, clear, and got the job done. Once was for our water heater, and once was for our heater/thermostat (which was rather out of scope but he went above and beyond to fix). Highly recommended!

Earlier this year, my husband and I purchased an older home that needed renovations. I do not even have the world to express how badly I regret not finding Mike sooner! Our previous plumber set our shower valves too deep in the wall & now with the wall all tiled up, faceplate and handles couldn't be attached. We many different plumbers in our home to see if they could fix this issue. Only one of these guys said he could but it was a FULL day of work and he was going to charge $$$$. I came to Yelp estimates for more options. Leak On Lock replied and came out the same day! Mike explained the issue in detail, recommended solutions and gave me an estimate. After the parts needed for the fix arrived, Mike came in and fixed it in a few hours (not a full day)! My husband and I were blown away! Since this initial work, we've hired Mike to install new toilets, sinks and correct other troubling plumbing issues.

Mike texts when he is on the way, shows up on time, and works hard. He is smart, upbeat and honest. One of our favorite things about working with Mike is that he explains the issue and how he will correct it. I cannot stress this part enough.

I started a project request on Yelp needing a toilet repair. My toilet tank was leaking. About seven or so plumbers responded but Muayad was the only one that responded with such detail which allowed me to select the right size toilet for replacement. He was also the only one that was available on Saturday. He was punctual, professional, and very reasonably priced. I now have a new plumber for my up coming projects as well as if I need more emergency repairs!
