Dear Leakmasters: LeakMasters' staff members, Eric and Montez, came to my home this afternoon to assess a potential slab leak and I could not have been happier with their professional and friendly service! They were experienced, thorough and polite and we found them very honest and reliable. Luckily for us, your guys determined that the water leak is on the Charleston Water Company's side of the street (Thank Goodness!) but I wouldn't hesitate to call their company in the future. Water was pooling in our hallway and we could not figure out where it was coming from. I called another company first and their plumber came out but was unable to figure it out because their diagnosis equipment was being repaired. He recommended Leak Masters USA. It did take a little longer to get an appointment than I thought it would - there were several back and forths. Once I got an appointment, the plumber was able to come about an hour early. The guy was friendly and explained everything he was doing. He could not find a leak anywhere, but had an idea and checked our A/C in the attic. It turned out that the drainage pipe was clogged. He explained how to fix the problem (very easy) and didn't charge us. My sister fixed the problem within minutes. I was impressed that he figured out the problem. I would call again.

Absolutely Awesome!!! They were able to come out the same day I called them and find and repair the leak in my slab! Jack and Adam were highly professional and super nice!! I immediately felt like I was in good hands from the moment they got there! I work for an insurance company and will not hesitate to recommend them!
