Our house is 30+ years old and two main fresh water pipes were leaking seriously. Ben came to us with his professional leak detection tools and diagnosed the leaking pipes. In fact they were under the floor and it was slab leakage. Ben repiped them and replaced a malfunction valve in our backyard. Ben is very nice and super professional. I highly recommend Ben! Thank you for solving our big trouble!

We bought a new dishwasher ,unfortunately the Home Depot installers were not able or should I say , they dont want to attach the dishwasher to the old existing water valve . I guess it's not part of their job description.
We called Ben from Leak Masters and Plumbing Rooter and he responded promptly and came same day .
Ben is very professional , courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
His fee is reasonable. We are glad to find someone we can call again, if we have problems in the future.

We thought we were having a slab leak so that we contacted Ben for help. He came on time and being very nice and friendly. He check the underground pipes very carefully and articulated possible pipe conditions and solutions clearly. It turns out it was not a slab leak. Ben provides us useful solutions after checking. Ben from Drain Star plumbing is great! He is prompt, reliable and efficient. We have had problems with an upstairs clogged toilet for years. Have had other plumbers come out and temporarily fix the clog, but continued to have issues. Ben with his camera was able to diagnose the culprit, a plumbing cap that accidentally got put down our pipe. He found a spot to cut out our wall and pulled it out of our pipe system. Finally we can use the guest bathroom and not worry when it will overflow again.
Ben knows his stuff and charges reasonable prices. He is a nice guy and easy to talk to. Highly recommend his work.

Might be a great plumber, but not really looking for simple rooter work. Called about a toilet needing clearing and told it would be 4 day wait for first available appointment. And the price was quoted was $$$. Called another, out within the hour and cleared simply ... half the cost.

I wasn't too happy when I realized I had an outside slab leak slowly watering the sidewalk and street. Luckily Ben is open on Saturdays and he was able to fit me in to assess the situation. Ben is friendly and professional and gave me a clear explanation of what he thought the issue may be. Ben gave me two fairly priced options to repair the leak. I opted to have the main water line replaced as it was the better long term solution. Ben even warned me that the 50' of grass he excavated and put back may wilt so he gave me the option of getting some grass feed and his guys sprinkled it on once the line was replaced. Ben was able to complete the job on Tuesday and I'm happy to report there are no more leaks and I'm no longer having to run back and forth to the water meter to turn on and shut off the water. I definitely will be using Ben again for any future plumbing needs.

He's the real deal - knows what he's talking about. He came out to give an estimate with a thorough explanation in terms I could understand. I could tell he's been doing this for a while and has the experience.
