Contacted Ben for a couple of issues. He responded quickly, and provided a far better quote than competing bids. Ben replaced a pressure reducer valve on his first trip, and I was so pleased with his work that I had him back to replace an aging water heater. You won't get any nonsense from Ben the owner. After being smacked with a $650 water bill from Golden State Water company in Placentia, it was obvious I had a massive leak somewhere underground at my home. Within a couple hours of panicking over this unexpected revelation on a Friday afternoon, I was able to Ben over to assess my problem. He was upfront about pricing and what to expect. He determined which valve I needed to shut off to stop the meter from running endlessly. Now I can breathe and think about next steps with my insurance company. Phew!

I had Ben out for an estimate to replace my cast iron sewer pipes. His estimate wasn't the lowest but I liked his style so I hired him. He showed up on the days he promised, made some changes to keep the customer happy, and finished on time and on budget. His crew were all nice guys and very polite too.

Leak Masters replaced my sewer line for my 2,000 Sq ft house. That included all the drains, toilet flange, etc... they even fixed a sink stopper that I told Ben I didn't think was his fault. All and all I'd recommend Leak Masters for all your plumbing needs.

Ben is my hero! I know that sounds cheesy and dramatic but I truly mean it. I had a big name plumbing company come out and give me a quote for an issue we had and they quoted me between $8,000 - $10,000. I had just lost my job due to Covid-19 and my husband and I were at the beginning stages of our divorce. To say I was going through a hard time would be putting it lightly. I actually cried when the previous company gave me their quote because I had no idea what I was going to do. Ben called me late that night and reassured me that he was going to help me. I met with him the next day and his quote was only $600. I cried again but this time with happiness.

I am so thankful for Ben and I will not only use him for the rest of my life but I will recommend him to anyone and everyone. Truly honest people here. I had this small water stain on my garage concrete floor that started to grow over 6 years. I didn't think it was a slab leak since it was so small and there were no signs of water, just a concrete stain that kept growing. Anyways, I wanted peace of mind, so I called Leak Masters to confirm. Ben came down and after his analysis, he advised I didn't have a slab leak after all. He didn't try to sell me on some bogus tests either - he just did a simple/quick look through, at no charge. Now I have peace of mind - thank you Ben!
