When I first checked out this company on Yelp, I couldn't believe how many positive reviews he received. After my experience, I now realize why he's got so many positive review. Ben and Jaime are truly as described in these reviews. They were honest, punctual, and fair. Honestly, the price he charged was very fair! They were here as promised and perform as expected. I discovered a leak in my kitchen. Ben came out the next morning and confirmed it was a slab leak. Him and his partner performed an amazingly honest job. If you are looking for an honest plumber, they are the ones! Trust me! I would not hesitate to use his services again (I hope I don't need it).

Ben is a such nice guy. I sent pictures and got the most reasonable estimated price among other plumbers. Thank you so much for replacing my shower valve cartridge during the COVID-19 pandemic. But also helped me to connect the washer pipes for FREE. Please stay safe and healthy! Highly recommend and definitely call Ben for plumbing issue in future!

I am a new home owner and my experiences with contractors hasn't been that great. Ben came out and was a total straight shooter. He gave me a great estimate and then followed thru. His work was clean, professional and he was showing me all the details of what was what.

He showed up when he said he would and we had great communication via text and call.

He was super friendly and when I had a question about something else unrelated to our sewer line - he made a stop off the next day to help me out.

Being an older home owner, experiencing a slab leak before the holidays was terrifying. Start to finish Ben from Master Leak handled our problem quickly, professionally, efficiently, and expeditiously. His confidence, knowledge, and positive attitude were a great reassurance. He found the problem and gave me options and quotes. After the repairs were made Ben made several follow up phone calls to make sure all was working well. Bottom line we were very pleased to have Ben at Masters Leak correct our problem. We highly recommend him.

Ben has fantastic customer service. He was helpful and very nice over the phone, and he was the same in person. I called him because the drain in my shower has been clogged for months and came to fix it that same day! His price was reasonable and I appreciate how responsive he was.
I wish I could give feedback on the quality and value of Ben's work, but I'll have to check back in a couple weeks. But I appreciated his services so much. Thank you, Ben!

Was referred to Ben by a family member when my kitchen sink backed up beyond recovery. Ben was quick to respond and out the next day on time ready to go. Immediately knew the solution. 1/2 hour later....He's paid and tipped. He says , ""yeah, let's look at the main"". Pulls out a nice camera rig and shows me a clear shot to the street. Nice set up.
