We had a clogged toilet in our store. We tried to snake it ourselves but was unsuccessful. We called him at 4 PM and he was able to come the same day at around 5 PM. He was able to snake it with his own equipment and fixed the problem. Great guy with great personality. Should have just called him in instead of spending $40 on a snake at Home Depot. Will use his service again!

My wife called Ben about a drain pipe that had cracked and started to leak. Ben said he could come look at the issue the next day around 5pm. On the day he was supposed to come to our house he called to say he could come earlier. We were extremely happy he could come to our house earlier than the expected appointment time.

I met Ben at the door and showed him our issue. Ben said he could fix the problem immediately. After agreeing on a price (which was lower than the first three plumbers we had come to the house), Ben completed the work in an hour or so. I would highly recommend Ben for your plumbing repairs. Man, this dude knows what's he's doing. My wife called me freaking out about a pipe burst and she didn't know how to turn off the water. Luckily Ben picked up the phone after hours and was able to come through. I can home and my wife was frantic about the burst and we we're able to shut off the water. Ben did a great job with our slab leak and water main leak. Both nightmares, both happened within days of each other. He came in, diagnosed the problems, explained to me what needed to be done and then went about fixing everything as efficiently and professionally as anyone could expect. Very polite, professional, fair, honest and competent.

I hired Ben twice and I'll probably hire him a third time. He swapped out my exterior hose bib and main shut off valve for his first visit and then changed my shower handles and the piping that connects it to the water mains. I don't know much about plumbing, but he was courteous and very open about what he was doing as he was doing it. His prices are fair for the amount/quality of work. He was also very responsive via text. Above all, I appreciate his open honesty and work ethic. I think those qualities are worth my money more than getting the lowest bid possible.
