When I initially called about a potential leak in our pool, Alex gave me a couple of suggestions to test for over the phone that could have eliminated the need to engage him. I tried, to no avail, and there was no question about who I was bringing in to assess the situation.

Alex and his son were prompt, thorough in their assessment, and informative about explaining how they diagnosed the issues. The great news is that there were no structural or piping failures causing the leak. The fix was simple, requiring adjustments to the water level in the connected spa and an adjustment to the auto filler. But we could have never gotten to that point without their careful diagnosis.

Honesty, integrity, and fair pricing are hallmarks of Alex's business model. And because he does NOT do repairs, his motivation is the diagnosis, not the repair revenues.

Couldn't be happier with this company! My wife Google'd them when we had a leak in our pool. They were prompt, courteous, and made us feel at ease the entire time. We even discovered that the leak had continued after they left. They came back the next week, free of charge, to patch the leak. It is now successfully patched and we cannot wait to recommend them to our friends should they need pool repairs. Very nice and honest owner! He came out and checked my pool equipment and said that it all looked good. Turned out I didn't have a leak it's just dark areas from the company that sprayed my weeds. He didn't need to spend hours checking or charge me bucks just the coming out fee. Highly recommend.
