Quick response and professional, however shop around if money is an issue or you don't have good insurance. Had a foundation pipe leak and the guys came within 30min. They found the potential leak area in 2hrs and charged $700. Quoted another $7000 for each of the 3 options. Really pushed for a restoral team they are connected with before I could decide what to do. Ended up fixing myself for $1500 with help from dad and YouTube. Make sure to clarify how much they will charge just to come out. Felt a little scammed out of $700 and comforted at the same time. 4/5 stars because it is a business and they are professional.

I have used their service few times and they have been great. I woke up one morning to see my garage flooded with water from a broken water heater. I called Leak Geeks and they tried their best to send a technician to my house as soon as they could. Spencer was able to fix the whole thing in little over an hour, also recommended to use the right heater not the expensive one (which I really appreciated). I recommend using their service for any plumbing issues!!

We had a backed up bathroom sink in our home. A plumber named Derek came to our house and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Everyone we dealt with from the receptionist/scheduler to the plumber was so nice and quick to help us fix the problem.

*Update/Response to Tony H. Owner: Tony, this is Tim, Melissa's husband. I wrote the review. Thanks for the response, and here is some clarification. I pointed out the number of holes in the walls because our insurance adjuster said that there was no need to cut that many to find the leak. Maybe it was necessary. We were not complaining about the amount of the bill. Regarding the gas to the furnace, this was turned off by your serviceman on a previous service call when he installed a gas line for our range. You state that we were given an option of replacing the entire drain or re-tightening the overflow nut. I do not recall being given that option, but the reason I called your company back was that on your invoice there was no reference to the leak being fixed. I needed something in writing stating that the leak was fixed for our insurance company, that is why I called your company back. I was told someone would get back to me, and they did not. Thanks.

This is the first time I have used this company but will definitely use them again. I had both my outside faucets leaking. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. Work looks great and pricing was appropriate. They were even fine with my dog. :)

I've used them several times, but the problem (clogged toilets) has still not been resolved. They charge a pretty hefty fee just to stop by, which was okay, until the last visit. We wanted them to install new toilets. We called, talked to them in detail, and they insisted that they had to come out and see the toilets before giving us a bid. Well, the guy was only in the house about 5 minutes, didn't even look at the one toilet I was worried about (because of the door position & elongated seat), hardly looked at the others, charged me almost $100, and had the bid already written out and handed it to me. We don't understand why he had to come out, and why they had to charge us for it if the amount was already configured. To make matters worse, when we called back to get more information about ordering and installing the toilets , we got ghosted.

What positive experience doing business with Leak Geeks. Spoke with Tony, the owner, yesterday and he confirmed the appointment for the next day. Brad came and his colleague finished the repairs within 2 hours. Cleaned up and made sure the job was done according to code and based on the description and price that I was quoted. Their price though not the lowest but it is fair! They have my vote of confidence and I have already recommended a friend needing a replacement for his garbage disposer. Keep on keeping on Leak Geeks!
