The entire process working with Leak Finders was really easy. I contacted them via phone and after getting all of the details on my hot tub repair we scheduled a time for a few days later for a technician to come out. The technician arrived on time as promised and was super nice, took a quick look at my hot tub and easily identified the issue. Had the issue fixed in less than 30 min. So ... after 3-4 years, 8+ pool plumbers, leak detection companies etc we FINALLY found leak finders. We had a super strange issue where pipes were incorrectly tied together under our concrete causing our hot tub not to function (FYI done by previous home owners). We tried everything to fix the issue and continually were told we would have to pull up 1000 sq ft of concrete to find the issue. First off their tech said if he couldn't find it and fix it there would be no charge. This was confidence we had not seen before. We had previously been charged 500.00+ just to look at the problem without any results. Bottom line, we are thrilled. He had to pull out a two foot section of our concrete and did it super clean. For the first time since moving into the house we have a functioning built in hot tub. Thanks so much!!!

Great experience beginning to end. Michael R. replied to my yelp request within 15 minutes. I sent him pictures of my leaky washer supply spigots and improperly installed dishwasher plumbing and he quoted me a very reasonable price. We set an appointment for the following morning and he arrived right on time. He completed the repairs quickly, clearly explained what he had done, and actually charged me less than the quoted price. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
