Called Eric, he showed when promised. The problem was diagnosed in 20 min.
He suggested a repair and had it done within the hour. My pool pump and sweep are working as designed now. I would recommend Leak Finders to anybody. Having an outside contractor do as Promised. Is hard to find, Eric is the best!!!

We are, sadly, yet another victim of the Folsom pinhole leaks. We previously had two pinhole leaks, one in the ceiling of the garage and one outside near the pipes to the sprinklers. This latest one was a hot water leak under the slab in the master closet, and the final straw.
Due to our previously outstanding experience with Michael and Leak Finders, they were our first call, and our only call. Michael quickly detected the leak and then explained our options: 1) Only fix the leak 2) Repipe only the hot water 3) Repipe both the hot and cold. He thoroughly explained all our options, including exactly what would be done for each scenario, and the cost. Since this was our third leak we decided to go with the repipe.
I can't stress this enough, Michael is punctual, communicates clearly, very meticulous and very clean. The job took 2 weeks. Every single day he was on time. Each day he vacuumed the areas he worked in and put his tools away. If it weren't for the holes we wouldn't even know he'd been there. He limited the holes that had to be made and explained to me every day what he'd be working on. My wife joked he left the house cleaner when he left each day than it was before he arrived.
The job is done now and we are thrilled with the work he did. We can't recommend him highly enough. We all have our contractor horror stories. You definitely wouldn't get anything other than a success story with Michael and Leak Finders. We are confident the days of pinhole leaks are behind us. He also added several more hose bibs for us where there were none before. We have have on on every side of our house. A positive side note is we also get our hot water more quickly, and it gets hotter faster.
I've only posted a few of the pictures. He treated us and our house with great care. Meet with Michael and we feel strongly you'll see the difference and why he is our only call!

I literally have never experienced more outstanding customer service and technical excellence from a specialty contractor than I did this week with Leak Finders. We had a significant PVC pipe failure deep under ground serving our pool and we're so impressed with how the leak was expertly found and repairs were made. This is an absolutely wonderful company that we cannot recommend highly enough!!

Casey was super nice on the phone and they showed up on time. Michael found a water leak in my sprinkler system on the first visit and true to their word, he came out a 2nd time at no cost when that didn't stop the water leak completely. He found another slow leak in our pool equipment and another leak in the recently repaired sprinkler valve. Michael was very kind and professional in person, even though the second trip was due to ""Pilot Error"" in the original sprinkler repair that I had done. Thank You Leak Finders!

We had a leak in our pool pipes that we realized was probably under concrete after getting new equipment and replacing a bunch of pipes ourselves. I called Leak Finders because of the great reviews and I'm glad I did. They were able to come the next day and guarantee a leak detection for a fair price. Within an hour the technician was able to find exactly where the leak was and how I could fix the problem on my own. He did a full check and confirmed there were no other leaks. He also had tips on where other leaks commonly occur and how we can do basic maintenance to keep that from happening. I would definitely recommend Leak Finders.

We had a gas leak in our home identified by PG&E, who then turned off our gas. I needed someone to find the leak and fix it quickly. Mike always provides superb, professional service. He came quickly, and worked for hours on the hottest day of the year until he took care of the problem. He waited with me, until PG&E returned, to make sure our service was restored. This is my ""go to company"" for all things related to gas/water leaks and pools. I give Mike and Leak finders my highest recommendation!
