Called these guys to find a bad leak. After 45 mins of looking the """"technician"""" says the leak is very close to my water meter and marked the spot. 3 days later, a hole forms in my yard, 130 feet and 9 inches from where the """"technician"""" marked. Now, I understand there is a margin of error, but 130 feet? I called asking if there was an kind of concession they could do for being so far off....a 10% off my next leak?....or $5 off for being so far off? NOTHING!! What a horrible customer service policy. I've been dealing with customer service for 26 years and I would never treat a customer like this.

On June 3rd, at the recommendation of my plumber, I contacted Leak Doctor. I can't say enough great things about David Delgado! I made the call at 8:23am and by 9:40am David was here. He was very thorough in detecting the hot water slab leak I had. The leak was EXACTLY where he marked it to be. He was very friendly and informative on my options. David, thank you so much for the superior service!

I have used this company several times and even recommended them. This time they said the leak was in the concrete slab and marked it with a x. The plumber brought in a jack hammer to do the job but the leak was not in the floor. It turned out the leak was in the wall. I sent a photo to the company and asked for a refund if $100 as this was the cost associated with the miss. I had paid them 350. The manager called me back and said that they only need to be within 18 inches. This was never told to me on any of the other jobs. They said no refund. Big difference between under a slab and in a wall. This is not good customer service considering I have used you 4 previous times. Be fair with your customers.

Dave with Leak Dr was friendly & professional and found my issue in minutes. There was a small hole in the seem of our stucco that I never would have thought was the issue. He sprayed a garden hose at it and sure enough water came in. This was a HUGE relief because we were starting to think it was something much worse and much more expensive. Since they charge a flat rate and really aren't doing the work to fix the issue I felt assured they weren't trying to up charge me or make me feel like it was something worse then it was for the extra business. They found the issue and gave us specific steps to correct it. I will use them in the future for any water issue. Highly recommend.

We have been charged more that 300 dollars, they went around the house for 5 minutes!!!! and told they found the leek, we paid to fix it and we just found out there is another leek that not was found the first time, we call them again and ask for help as we just call a few days ago and hope we can at least have some discount, but NO no discount, no help no nothing, I just need to pay another 300/400 !!!! And if there is another leak no detected the second time it will be another 300/400!!!! Stay away from this company!!!

Horrible customer service, I called them on Sat at 11, the answering service says they would have the dispatch call me, which they did and said they could come out between 1-3 pm and that the normal price during the week for underground leak search was $390, but becuae it was the weekend it would be $130 more, I thought that was kind of steep but I really wanted to get this fixed, so I said come on. I called them at 2:50 because I had not heard from the tech that they were on their way, the answering service lady acted like I was wrong for asking why I hadn't heard from anyone even though it was 10 mins till 3pm. She reluctantly agreed to call dispatch and let them know. At 3:45 I still hadn't heard from anyone, and I called back and this time got dispatch, she says she just got my message, and apologizes, they haven't been able to reach their tech, and normally he's punctual. Says she will call me back as soon as they reach him, it is now 5 pm , and I'm writing this review still haven't heard back from anyone. Obviously business is booming for them that they can treat customers like sh***t, I called another company. Buyer beware with these folks.

Avoid this company by all means unless you want to be left with an overpaid taste of aggregation. Charged me $350 to locate a leak and they did locate it... Only problem is that what they didn't tell me qasbthat $350 is the fee to locate a single leak.. And if it turns out (like in my case) you have more than one leak and they would need to come back then they will charge you another $350 for each new leak that they will find. Thieves... Only after threatening to contact my credit card to charge back their original fee ,did their manager offer me to send their tech for free for a follow up inspection... But then 30 min called me and said thay they changed their mine and instead chose to refund my money. Extremely unprofessional shady company. Claim that they are the pioneers in leak detection but I suspect they also were first to start ripping people off in this business. Call someone else and don't waste your money on these people.

We contacted Ramage Plumbing about a leak under our floor. The contacted the Leak Doctor to come to our house to find the leak. The Leak Doctor arrived with a plumber from Ramage Plumbing. The Leak Doctor used his listening device to detect where the leak was, and determined that it was in our Dinette, near the kitchen. I wasn't sure I agreed with the Leak Doctor's determination, so I contacted another plumbing company. When they arrived they told me that they did not trust the Leak Doctor, since they had encountered many occasions when he was wrong. So using their own equipment (they didn't have to hire an outsider), they determined the leak was 7 feet away in another room (the Master lavatory, and then repaired the leak. Unfortunately I had already paid Ramage Plumbing for the Leak Doctor useless work. Ramage Plumbing has refused to give a refund!

Leak Doctor helped us big time and they were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout. They helped us find an old leak that'd been ongoing for so many years, we were accustomed to paying it. Water bill should drop by more than half!! Thanks Leak Doctor!!! AAA+++
