Darryll the owner recognized I had an emergency with no water to the house. Made time in his busy schedule and came by ASAP. He asked great questions, borrowing down the potential issues while giving some great advice on other systems and found the leak pronto. He understood the issue and communicated in a way I understood enabling me to effectively communicate with the plumber. BTW. When I called the plumber he specifically asked who was doing the leak detection. Went home to a notice from CalAM stating we have a water leak, mid week in a VERY busy week. Called a number of folks and the next ""emergency call"" was a week call. I realized Darrell was doing leak detection and called him. A couple of hours later, he arrives and whips out his equipment to ""listen and look"" for the leak. He tackled the issue with ease.
