I can't say enough about LeakDetectionOnline.com! A few days ago, I came into my kitchen in the morning to find water everywhere. I called LeakDetectionOnline.com, the manager answered the phone and explained to me how to shut off the water as the first order of business. He told me he could have a technician come out within 2 hours. I had a coupon for $100 from their website and he agreed to honor it without a problem.

The technician arrived within a few minutes of the time scheduled. He was neatly dressed in a polo and jeans. He pin pointed the leak in my kitchen floor within 30 minutes. He told me exactly where the water was coming from and how far it had spread (it was coming from a burst pipe under my kitchen concrete slab - he called it a standard slab leak). I asked how this could be repaired and he said he had all the tools necessary to fix it on the spot. He set up a plastic barrier so that my belongings wouldn't get damaged with dust, opened up concrete, removed the floor and replaced the piece of pipe that had burst. He cleaned up after himself.

I am so grateful for the service you provided. We were so upset to discover our washing machine hose broke in the middle of the night and flooded our home just days after we moved in. My wife was very worried about the damage after the flood, but was quickly put at ease after I we spoke with Alex . He called me immediately and spent the time to explain the entire process and how water damage does, and does not affect the structure. He answered all of my questions. Within hours, I had a team of guys removing all of the water damaged carpet padding, wood flooring, and baseboards. They were very diligent in installing several blowers and de-humidifiers to properly dry out the areas that were soaked. They came out every day to take moisture readings until everything was dried out. They also worked very well with my home owners insurance company and the claims adjuster. I could not have been happier with the service I was given.
