I will start by saying if I could give zero stars for this one, I would, because that is what a warranty is worth from these guys.
Several years back, had Eric and team come out to my house because we had pinhole leaks in our copper piping. They applied Curaflo pipe lining to address the issue.
However now that we are a few years down the road, about $8k lighter in the checking account, and still within the warranty period we were sold on originally but now have a leak, and come to find out that Eric ""closed"" that business, and reopened another plumbing business under another name......convenient, huh?
Well guess what.......now the warranty that Eric sold me on is completely useless because he won't honor it.....and told me to ""call a plumber"".....of course answering my email from his ""Curaflo"" email address.
Not sure I would trust them to do much more that clean my drain, since anything they could warranty can go by the wayside when he switches to his next plumbing business.
You have been warned.......

They made a scary situation easy to deal with.
I had a slab leak, second one in five years (thank you OC water!). I finally decided to go the epoxy lining route. I called a competitor company for a bid, and was going to go with them, but something didn't feel right and I thought I needed a second bid/opinion. I finally decided to call Leak Busters (aka Curaflo) at 7 pm and left a message asking them to call me first thing in the AM. Luis called me back in about ten minutes! We arranged for him to come to my house at 8 am the next morning, and he was at my door five minutes EARLY. Luis and George went through my entire house, traced all the lines to make sure they didn't miss any explained the process to me and gave me a bid that was very fair to reline all of the pipes in my house. Needless to say their price was more competitive, but more importantly, they made me feel much more comfortable about the process, their company and my decision to go with them. They even offered to perform a temporary fix to my existing leak so that I could have water in the house until they came to do the service. When I gave them the green light, they spent 3 hours meticulously performing the temporary repair to avoid any damage or unsightly pipes in the house, and they included that repair as part of the job!
A few days later the work began. They promised us we would be up a running after 2.5 days. No water during that time, but as promised they arranged for us to have a working toilet and sink in a private area of the house. They showed up by 8 am every day without fail, always with a smile and a good attitude. They were always courteous and friendly and answered every question we had. Every night they left the house as clean as they possibly could and by noon on the 3rd day, they were finished. They repaired any openings they needed to make (which was surprisingly few), cleaned up after themselves and over all left us with a very pleasant experience.
Luis and George are amazing at what they do and are very customer service oriented. They just left my house so I can't comment yet on the water flow or if everything is perfect, but from what I was able to tell before they left, it is.
I highly recommend using Leak Busters (also known as Curaflo). They made what could have been a nightmare experience a pleasant one and have left me with piece of mind that my home is now safe from our corrosive OC water.
Thank You!

We live in an HOA in Aliso Viejo. The entire complex has had this company in over the past several months to epoxy our plumbing. For what can be an arduous process, the guys we had in our home were awesome !! George Maldanado and his crew were so polite, courteous, professional and really did a great job !! We can't say enough about them !! George stated that his Supervisor, Luis should also take some of the credit !! The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars was due to a very rude and discourteous manager that we had to speak with when we had several questions. I don't remember this person's name but he should go to customer service 101 as he was an ass on the phone to my husband and myself. Short of him, I would recommend ""the crew"" in a heartbeat !1 Great job guys !!

Hard to give 5 stars for simply getting the job done as paid for, but would say I'm a fan. Elected Curaflo/SCP Plumbing do the pipe lining job in earlier April after having 6 pinhole leaks over 5 years from our marvelous South County water sources. The last 2 leaks where within a week apart so enough of that, knowing the slab may likely be next. Frankly, was apprehensive about lining vs re-piping but after review of copper again, or flexpipe, they all have potential risks, costs and big messes. And, after 2 of my immediate neighbors had Curaflo pipelining done a couple years earlier and pleased with the effort and outcome, that's about as safe as it gets.
I had Eric, the owner, over to review our home and give us the estimate and agreement. Felt he was candid about possible issues that can come about though not likely, and did not try and oversell me on things not necessary as others had attempted.
The price was competitive for like supplier and seemed to offer a better install plan. The Curaflo team came in on Thursday morning and finished a 38 valve task by Friday evening. While very price competitive to other options, it seemed like a large expense for what I perceived to be done. But, after reviewing the level of equipment and concentrated labor involved it became apparent on what was behind the cost. A lot of plumbers quite synchronized to insure proper install, but leaving one cold water sink and toilet available for the duration. The team had items on the floor everywhere, but did do a good job laying out work tarps that enabled a very complete cleanup. While we did need to replace 26 year old shower valves, I was advised of that possibility and cost in advance. In fact, ended up happier with the new ones, though did go out to buy more desirable shower heads with the replacement that they installed.
My biggest immediate concern was if I would get good water pressure afterward, everywhere. That concern is unfounded, with best pressure I've experienced in a long long time.
It was very apparent the Curaflo/SCP plumber team was very knowledgeable in their craft, and will likely always reach out to Eric for any general plumbing needs.

We used Eric's company on recommendation of our trusted friend and plumber, Greg Kranz. (Greg Kranz Plumbing). Fair pricing, on time and well organized crew who paid attention to our needs, and every detail. Well done!

We had our pipes epoxied in October. We had them come out and give us a bid. We were very impressed with how thorough the gentleman who gave us the bid was - explaining everything. We got 2 bids and due to Curaflo's professionalism during the bid process we went with them. They completed the job in a day and a half as promised. The crew who did the work were very professional, courtious and kept the house in a very clean condition . When they were finished , you would never know they had been here and all the work that was done. Highly recommend this professional company. We were very satisfied with the work done.

CuraFlo of OC did a fantastic job with the epoxy coating work performed at my elderly parents home in Mission Viejo. The crew was courteous and efficient throughout the process and kept them informed of each and every step. The crew even stayed late, working extera hours to complete all of the work in one day (small home) so that they would be out of the house with minimal disruption in the shortest amount of time possible. We are very pleased with CuraFlo of OC.

THIS IS THE WORST!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!.
We had a slab leak our plumber came out, detected, and pulled the drywall back.
In addition we pulled back the carpet and put a large fan on the area to dry it.
Bob from Curaflo came to give us an estimate to add an agent to seal our pipes. I am 74 and my wife is 58. We were extremely pressured by Bob in to the need to sign the contract and give him $1000.00 deposit. We told him we were leaving the next am for wife's 94 yr. old mother's medical issues in NV. But Bob told us we needed to sign, etc. to have things ready when we returned.
When we returned and had time to investigate, we found they were not honest. Nor did we have the money they had demanded, aprox. $10,000.00.
So we called to cancel. Which they refused. This is sr. elder abuse, with the pressure and demands they put on us. Plus they did no more than come out and give us an estimate and still demand funds.
Please do not trust these people as you can have honest work done by others with an honest reputation.

These guys were great! Efficient, knowledgeable, and their epoxy is the thickest coating I have seen, (has third party certification) and there is good strong pressure to all faucets. They worked hard at customer satisfaction by replacing any shower valves that could not work properly after the epoxy job was finished, including matching the hardware finish and styles for high end valves that were no longer in production. They also were the only company that suggested we stay home through the procedure with a water feed to one bathroom sink and toilet, saving us hotel fees and inconvenience. And price was comparable to the other companies but they have two teams in the area and Curaflo has apparently been in business for over 20 years. Guarantee is 10 years, not 5 years.

NEVER EVER! THE WORST BUSINESS ETHICS! After we signed a contract with Curaflo. When they came out to prepare for the job, the ""lead"" plumber took our shower valves off and could not get them back on the showers. They called the owner to come out. He worked for 2 hours and also could not get the shower put back in working order. (All of our showers were in perfect condition prior to them removing the mechanisms.) He left the our house and told me that my showers were missing parts and old. He also told me that they did not loose the part and that he was ""tired of doing FREE work""! I didn't ask for then to remove my shower parts, this was part of the process that we were paying $18,000.00 for! He then told me to not touch or use the shower as I will flood my home, then he left! He called me the next morning and he said, "" Fortunately I can pick and choose who my customers are, and I am not going to proceed with epoxy coating your home."" So this is going to cost us $$$$ to get our shower back in working order and replace the expensive cartridge to the Hansgrohe fixture that was worked perfect before they touched it. The only thing he did that showed any kind of decency was to mail back my deposit.
