My family has been using Leading edge for years and today they came out on a Saturday to resolve an emergency situation at my home. They arrived within the hour and resolved the problem in less than half an hour. We are always so happy with their service.

I was in a tight spot as I was holding a party and low and behold my toilet was clogged. I looked up
Plumbers and LeadingEdge Was one of the first that came up so I decided to give it a go. My experience from the office to the service was amazing. I didn't think that on such short notice they would have anyone to send as I needed someone ASAP! After all I had a house full of guest and needed to make sure I had a working toilet! Needless to say they sent Fernando out who was amazing! He unclogged the toilet in no time! Thank you LeadingEdge Plumbing for taking care of my plumbing needs on such short notice!

Leading Edge came a day late to fix a leaking toilet and unclog a drain pipe. For the toilet, before trying to figure out what the issue was, the plumber said I should just replace the entire Toto toilet since it was one-piece and difficult to work on. He spent no time trying to assess the issue before showing me the parts he'd have to order (a new flush valve at $525).

When I asked about if the flapper was the issue, instead of inspecting it, he immediately said he would need replace it for $225. For a part that costs a few dollars and can be quickly changed out. He then quoted another $225 to snake a backed up drain pipe. A job that takes 20-30 minutes.

With such high quotes I decided to skip all work and hire another company. A 5-star rated Yelp plumbing company came later that afternoon and snaked and cleaned the drain for $155. This is 30% less than Leading edge plumbing's cost for the same job.

The leaking toilet was fixed for $325 with a new flapper, fill valve and supply line. Leading edge wanted $225 just to replace the flapper. And $525 to replace the flush valve (which turned out not even to be the issue).

While Leading Edge waived the $90 service fee for coming a day later than planned, their quotes were much higher than than the other company.

Overall a bad experience given the plumber was also argumentative with me and seemed very eager to charge over-priced repairs and parts before trying to actually problem-solve. I would not call LeadingEdge for work again.

When my 2 year old dropped a crayon down our shower drain we were very nervous about what this could cause. When we called Leading Edge Plumbing & Rooter the gentleman that answered the phone was very courteous. He explained our pricing options in terms of having someone come out immediately or waiting until a business day. When we had the plumber come out he was respectful of our home. He assessed the situation and again, explained our options to us. He ended up saving us money and was able to get the crayon out! We are extremely satisfied with the service that was provided from beginning to end!

Money grab. All I need is a new toilet. They charge $49 just to come out and ""look at the space."" This $49 can be applied towards the cost of the repairs, but the quote was so inflated it was almost ridiculous. $675 labor plus $200 for a standard toilet. We asked how long it would take to do the work. 1 hour the plumber said. So...$675 for 1 hour of labor? Really? You feel obligated because you have already spent $49 (for nothing but a verbal quote) but we weren't about to spend $875 for a new toilet. We were also super annoyed that they gave us a 4 hour window to come over for the estimate, but they couldn't make it in their own 4 hour window, they were 30 minutes late after we sat home and waited for them for 4 hours. How hard is it to make a 4 hour window? It's just not a good business model from any angle, so we will not do any business here, we will chose a different plumber who is more timely and reasonably priced.
