Avoid this scam company. Not only their cost is way too expensive (about 2~3 times higher than another plumbing company that I switched to and trust now), the worst part is they keep trying to add hidden cost. Plumbing is a very simple straightforward job, that only requires hard working. Do not trust a word from this company.

Great service, very professional, clean and courteous. The plumber even wore shoe covers and rolled out a mat! The customer service was great, my toilet is working properly, he offered a great value and did a courtesy inspection on emergency valves. He was even knowledgeable on legislation that banned a kind of toilet in California. Who would have known?

I was in a rush and got had. If I had time I wouldn't have used them. Way to expensive. I walk in to see what's going on and the tec is in the toilet water tank . Making more problems. Run away. Don't use them.

Update to my previous review: Josie, you did NOT fulfill your commitment of fixing my granite and also your team admitted to breaking it when they moved it. I sent you a link of where the granite could be purchased, and you refused and said that you had fulfilled your requirement of fixing my granite. Here are the pictures that you claim you fixed. I would really appreciate you taking accountability for this and not continuing to say you met your commitment, because your commitment was returning my granite to its original condition, which definitely was not a broken one as noted in the . I have gotten comments about how you have done the same type of this service to other customers based on my review and I just don't want this to be happening to anyone else.

Steve is awesome! Honestly his price was really fair. Similar to other plumbers. When I mentioned that I really didn't have the money to do the job and asked if it might be something I can do in my own, he said it's possible if you're handy and offered any assistance I needed if I did it myself. Who does that?!!! He didn't get a single cent for the job but helped me to do myself and knew the answers to everything I asked. That tells you what kind of guy he is! If I have any job that I can't manage in my own you can bet I'd be calling Steve to get it done for a fair price and properly.
