I recently had Leader Plumbing install bathroom plumbing in our basement. Mark Caray was friendly, honest, professional and did work as agreed in the time frame agreed. After dealing with 3 other plumbers who did unsatisfactory work, we were pleased with the job Mark did for us. Mark arrived and evaluated a serious problem with a water line leaking under the slab in the garage. He rerouted and installed a new water line. We had been without kitchen faucet for a week because no one could fit us in. We called Leader Plumbing early one Saturday morning and left a message. We were contacted back and put on the list for first thing Monday morning. Within an hour, Mark called back and said he could here in 20 minutes and do the repairs that day. Last week I had these plumbers come to my house because I had noises in my pipes that were drivinf me crazy. When the plumber got there, he went directly to the outside faucet on my home and did a """"pressure check"""". He informed me that the pressure regulator needed to be changed and the noises were due to the piece being faulty. I was'nt sure whether I was getting the sales pitch or not, so I told him I wanted a second opinion. Long story short, the plumber was befuttled that I did not want to pay for something that I was unsure of. I called another company out and they told me the same thing. The only difference was that the second company (I will not name) wanted twice the price to do the job. When I called Leader plumbing the second time, they said they could get back out, but I would have to wait a day. I do not know if this was b/c I did not let them do the work originally or not (they insisted not), but they did come the next day and replace the part. It fixed my problem and did'nt cost as near as much as the other company. I am pleased with the work I just wish they could have come out the day I called. Never the less, they did do what they promised and I am satisfied. Thanks
