Don't use this Plumber. David is a liar! I called him to install water softener in my house. He talked me into install a salt free unit which he has installed to a dozen home. He said I will feel it after two months. Nothing has happened after two months! The calcium still build up on the shower door. Called him and he said it is not suppose to remove the calcium and suggest I test the water with water strips. OKAY! I did that and still bad water. Called him many times and finally get hold of him. He asked me to call the manufacture to figure it out. I asked if it needs to replace are you going to replace it. The answer is 'You call the manufacture first'. NO, he has no sign of wanting to help nor fixing the problem here. He keep playing the cards that he has installed for many household. I asked did you ever go test the water for your customer. He is silent. Well, that speak everything right. He continue installing this useless unit on his customer and telling them he has installed for many household, but he failed he will not responsible after he leaves your house!!
