Founded in 1998, Leader Mechanical is a family-owned and operated business. The current owner, Jeff Bates, joined Leader Mechanical at 15 and assumed ownership from his brother in 2017 at 33. We pride ourselves on our honesty, quality, integrity, and expertise. We live by the motto, “It takes a little more to be a leader!” We ensure every employee embodies these values and we go above and beyond for our customers.

I started in the heating and air conditioning field at 15 in 1999. I found that what began as a job evolved into a true passion. I am proud of my work and continually learn about advancements in HVAC and plumbing. One of the best parts of owning an HVAC business is collaborating with diverse clients and addressing their mechanical needs. I aim to give my all in every task and adhere to our core principles: honesty, quality, integrity, and expertise. I genuinely believe it takes a little more to be a leader!
