Founded in 1998, Leader Mechanical is a family-owned and operated business. Current owner Jeff Bates began his journey with Leader Mechanical at 15 and took over from his brother in 2017 at 33. We pride ourselves on our honesty, quality, integrity, and expertise. Our motto is, “It takes a little more to be a leader!” We instill these values in every employee and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

I started in the heating and air conditioning field at 15 in 1999. I found that what began as a job evolved into a true passion. I take pride in my work and embrace new developments in the HVAC and plumbing industry. A highlight of being an HVAC business owner is working with a variety of clients to meet their mechanical needs. I strive to put forth my best effort in everything I do, guided by our principles of honesty, quality, integrity, and expertise. I firmly believe that it takes more to be a leader!
