Leader Mechanical Services is dedicated to HVAC and plumbing work. We provide maintenance for all brands of HVAC systems. Additionally, we work on boilers, geothermal systems, heat pumps, and mini-split units. We train our technicians in the latest technology to keep your systems functioning well. “To be a leader, you must go the extra mile.”

Since 1998, Leader Mechanical has been a family-owned operation. Jeff Bates, the current owner, has been with Leader Mechanical since he was 15 and took over from his brother in 2017 at the age of 33. At Leader Mechanical, we value honesty, quality, integrity, and expertise. We live by the motto, “It takes a little more to be a leader!” We instill these values in every employee and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

My journey in heating and air conditioning began at 15 in 1999. What started as a job quickly turned into a passion. I take satisfaction in my craft and stay updated on changes in the HVAC and plumbing sectors. One of the best parts of owning an HVAC business is collaborating with diverse clients and addressing their mechanical needs.
