Jay installed a tankless water heater outside our house. The price was absolutely right and Jay and his assistant were courteous, on-time and professional. They came back and flushed the tank for us six months later at no charge. Great guys and we'll use them again, I'm sure.

I met these guys when they helped out as part of a full bathroom renovation. We then called them up to install an outdoor shower on our patio, and we needed the work done quickly. They came right out, figured out a plan, and got it done. They did excellent work and even added some stylistic touches that really went above and beyond. Over the weekend, my son shoved a few items down the toilet and I needed a plumber quickly to dislodge his toy cars. Luckily, I came across Load & Oakum Plumbing, and their technician Jay, was on it right away. Better than the big names for sure ! I had an emergency and I started calling all the big dogs in the business and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to come out THE NEXT DAY and these guys prioritized me ASAP and didn't charge me anywhere near what I was hearing from other people . Jay specifically explained what he was doing to make me feel apart of it I appreciated that a lot . Will recommend for sure.
