Luis showed up in a mask very professional. Explained to me everything he was going to do and potential causes as well as if all goes well which it did it was just a minor clog in the kitchen/washer drain. He was professional in appearance and in his work. He cleaned up after and put everything back as he found it. I would recommend him to my family or friends.

When my back bathroom drain gets clogged I usually can handle it myself. Unfortunately, this time my rooter tool could not handle the job. I reached out to multiple companies early on a Saturday morning noting it wasn't an emergency issue. Luis was extremely quick with a response and accurate estimate. He quickly came and assessed the situation, he was upfront with what needed to be done. He got straight to work and was very thorough to make sure the work was done well. When we were all finished I noticed on the invoice the work came with a four month warranty! Most of my problems are from tree roots so I am very pleased that there is any warranty at all! On top of it all I accidentally overpaid him $60 and when I called and asked he was honest and offered to bring it back! Overall I couldn't say a anything negative about my experience with real rooter plumbing. I will definitely be reaching out to them for any of my future plumbing needs!

Luis replied immediately to our quote request last night when our main sewer line clogged. We couldn't use any water otherwise there would be flooding so we needed immediate assistance and he called us, gave a great, reasonable quote and was at our house 25min later and fixed the issue quickly. We found a leak outside our house at night involving the main water line. Luis provided a prompt response and showed up first thing in the morning . He did a detailed analysis of my leak, suggested a more viable/robust fix, and provided a very reasonable quote for his services. As he was working, he was very patient with all the questions we had related to water/pipes/water valves. Luis provided a prompt response to my project request and offered a very fair price. He exceeded my expectations. My project request was sent late Sunday afternoon. I said that I was hoping to have someone come asap but didn't want to pay the emergency weekend price. He responded right away that he could come and fix my problem same day for no extra charge because he was in the area but he need to finish the job he was working on. The job he was at took longer than expected and I started to get worried maybe he would change his mind, I'm sure he wanted to get home to his family. Luis came to the rescue. Fixed my problem, stuck to his quote all on a Sunday night. He even cleaned up the mess, not his mess but the mess left in my yard which I really appreciated.
