I had the bathroom and kitchen faucets replaced as well as the garbage disposal. Luis was the first to respond to my estimate inquiry and he was available the same day. He did a great job, I had all the replacement items but the kitchen faucet plate was to large to fit in the space, Luis had a new faucet in his truck which fit perfectly. He had shoe coverings and a mask - I would highly recommend LC Real Rooter & Plumbing.

Luis is fantastic!

He responded super quick to my Yelp message, gave me an accurate rough quote on my clog, and came the next morning. He was very courteous, wearing a mask and shoe covers.

The problem was easily diagnosed with a few test toilet flushes, and then fixed really quickly. Wonderful job, would highly recommend!

Did a wonderful job. We had a clogged storm drain, and needed the water pressure adjusted on our house. Luis did an awesome job, showed up on time, was really clear about the cost estimates. Did the work in a good amount of time, fair price. And one of the nicest guys ever. Did a good job cleaning up after the job, which is important to me.
Would definitely hire again for any plumbing jobs in the future.

We noticed a puddle/slow leak under our kitchen sink on Sunday evening and immediately reached out to a couple of plumbers. Luis was very quick to respond; he responded within a couple minutes and gave us a reasonable quote, and asked if I'd like to make an appointment for Monday morning.

On the day of, Luis texted us before he got here, showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and gave me a very fair quote to fix it up right away with a new sink part. The process was quick and Luis was very efficient and friendly. Also, most importantly especially during COVID-times, Luis wore booties the whole time (which I so appreciate) and had a mask on.

Before he left, I asked him about our water heater as well, which is getting up in age, and whether or not a fix or replacement would be better. He gave us a very fair quote on a water heater replacement, which we will likely be making an appointment with Luis to come back for after the holidays!

Our sink is looking great now, no more leaks. If anything changes, I'll be sure to update my review.

I'd definitely recommend Luis for your plumbing services - he's very cautious with COVID-precautions, very friendly, very efficient and good at what he does, and offers very fair prices.

I called with a clogged drain in an important room in the house. The response time was under one hour and it was resolved in 45 minutes. It's an older home with difficult plumbing. The professionalism in the work, Covid safety and cleanup was great. I highly recommend.
