I try not to write negative reviews but...I hired this company to change out two existing ceiling fans and three can lights. We agreed to a price and they started work immediately. They could only get the can lights (3) in before they had to go to another job, promising to be back the next day to finish up (I only paid them a portion), Luckily they came back because one of the lights fell out of the ceiling. They fixed it and put the fan in that room. The next room was only changing the fan out. They stopped after getting it mounted and said there was a part that was broke, that they might be able to get one, and that they would let me know in 24 hours. Its now been 10 days. I have texted, called, nothing. Now I have a half-installed, possibly broken ceiling fan up 12 feet in my living room that doesn't work AND the fan in the other room doesn't work now.

They seemed like nice people but the work they did and their lack of communication is absolutely the worst I have ever encountered. I paid them what they asked when they asked, they were evidently incapable of this simple job. Don't bother.

Company is very responsive. Professional and helpful. Good value. Services completed on last job were Install toilet, diagnose electrical problem. One stop contractor. Recommend.
