I had a water main leak under my front porch. Tearing up my stone porch was not an option! I called LC Doctor (Leo) he was able to come the next day in the morning as promised to bid. He and his team member had to reroute my main line to the meter a huge undertaking. He gave me a bid which was reasonable. We accepted the terms and timeline, I got lucky as he was able to start right away.
He had the job done in 3 days!! He was very communicative and kept me updated with the progress.
After this I made an appointment for him to service my Navean Tankless water heater and fix a broken sprinkler. Once again it was all done in a timely manner.
From this point forward this company will be my go to plumbers and I feel confident referring them.

Leo was very prompt in responding and came to my house the same day to provide an estimate. He informed me that my ice maker water valve/piping needed to be replaced. He was very understanding when I cancelled my first appointment because I thought I could replace just the valve myself and he encouraged me to try. It turned out to be a bigger job so I was able to book another appointment the next business day. He confirmed the appointment and called 30 minutes before his arrival. I appreciated that he asked before cutting out more drywall than he anticipated and completed the job by replacing the ice maker valve and retrofitted with pex instead of copper piping.

I'm glad I found Leo. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He is very honest and his prices are fair. I will be going to LC Doctor Plumber for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Leo answered the call immediately and scheduled for an inspection and estimate the next morning. Arrived on time, friendly, and easy to conversation. Called Leo for free estimate on a water heater replacement and he was able to come on the same day. He explained what he's going to replace and was able to get the same water heater manufacturer with my specified specs. His price was fair with a 90 days guaranteeof his work. He ordered the water heater and started the job the following day. He gave me update of his work at each steps. When he and his son finished, Leo showed me the completed work. I am very much satisfied with his workmanship and professionalism.
I also asked him to change and install new fill valve and flapper in one of my toilet tank. Again, he explained and showed me what he did.
I will not hesitate to call him in the future when needs arise and will definitely refer him family and friends.
