We needed pipes raised for a new sink installation and then he also came back to hook up the new faucets and drains. Our home is old and he did a good job of problem shooting with the inevitable surprises once we opened the walls.

Called Leo for free estimate on a water heater replacement and he was able to come on the same day. He explained what he's going to replace and was able to get the same water heater manufacturer with my specified specs. His price was fair with a 90 days guaranteeof his work. He ordered the water heater and started the job the following day. He gave me update of his work at each steps. When he and his son finished, Leo showed me the completed work. I am very much satisfied with his workmanship and professionalism.
I also asked him to change and install new fill valve and flapper in one of my toilet tank. Again, he explained and showed me what he did.
I will not hesitate to call him in the future when needs arise and will definitely refer him family and friends.
