I found Leo while searching for a plumber in the area who could assist with a water heater and sewer line camera inspection. Among all the plumbers I contacted on Yelp, Leo was the most responsive and easiest to communicate with. He came out and provided a free estimate for the work I needed, based on some issues identified by a home inspector. While discussing the problems, he took his time and politely shared his perspective on the complexity and necessity of the work we were requesting.

The primary task we wanted was the reinstallation of our water heater. The previous plumber who installed it had done a sloppy and minimalist job. Leo explained why it might have been installed that way and that some parts weren't even necessary. However, he offered us a fair price to do the work, along with inspecting our sewer lines to assess the remaining work. He was highly flexible in coordinating dates and times and was always punctual for appointments.

By the end of the job, I now have the peace of mind that the water heater is at least installed properly and won't become any more of a problem if something should go wrong with the water heater itself. I also now know the state of our sewer line and am prepared to deal with it when I can. Leo will, for sure, be first on my list for my future plumbing needs.
