I never gave a negative review on Yelp. Found there are so few review on this company and hard to believe that they are all good reviews. They did my new construction plumbing. I had two leaking issues in the first six months which were fixed. But you know my wall was broken for three times to fix these leaking s. This is unbearable for a new construction. The hall bath water pressure is never resolved. Because of the pandemic I did not ask them to come back to fix it; they came three times and could not fix it. I asked them to come back again to fix it after we all got vaccinated this year. And they charged me five hundred dollars to fix an issue that was not fixed in the first year. And after four times the water pressure is still low. I think they did not do the pipes right. My neighbor whose new construction house was also done by them had several leaking issues in the first year. Two stars gave to their responsive attitude. But they really should improve the quality and competency.

Outstanding work by a team of real professionals. I highly recommend this business to anyone for any reason.
When we were considering replacing the oil-burning furnace in our main house and rental property when natural gas became available on our block we extensively researched potential vendors to do the work. Many of them said they could do it but really had no significant experience with it. Wolfgang at LBR was the exception. He'd done quite a lot of installations and conversions, so we asked him to give us a price on our projects. Not only was he very competitive but the equipment that he recommended was superior to anything that anyone else had spoken of.
We went with his recommendations. They did the work exactly when they said they would, including all of the negotiations and coordination with the gas supplier and the town inspectors. Everything went like clockwork. They even converted our propane gas oven to natural gas for us and found a home for the used oil tanks so we did not have to pay for their removal. These guys are not only truly professionals but also very pleasant people and fantastic to work with.
Based on our natural gas bills over the past year or so we estimate that the fuel cost-savings will pay back our investment in 6-8 years. Plus our house has never been more comfortable and we never run out of (truly) hot water!
We just converted our electric dryer to natural gas. Guess who we called? That's right - LBR Plumbing. They came right on time and got the job done so quickly I could hardly believe it.
Our new furnaces, hot water heaters, oven and dryer run perfectly. I could not be happier with the results or with LBR Plumbing. You will be, too.
