I contacted Lazos plumbing on the recommendation of my building to do a job in my condo. Lazos got back to me quickly with a reasonable quote for the job, so I accepted. On the Friday afternoon before a Tuesday job, Lazos cancelled with no explanation, then ghosted us. This REALLY put us in a bind, because my building only shuts the water off for plumbing jobs once and month, and now we had no plumber. Very unprofessional.
