Josh Lay did an excellent job replacing a broken pipe in my irrigation system. He responded quickly and replaced the broken pipe and also installed a shutoff valve to isolate future leak issues with the system.

A good friend recommended Layout Plumbing based on knowing Josh and his upstanding character, friendliness, and integrity. I scheduled service with him when I thought that our water lines may be tied into my neighbor's hot water heater; in short, I shut off my water and bled the system, yet when I disassembled the valve stem in my bathroom, scalding hot water came gushing out with no sign of stopping. I called Josh and he listened well, asked good questions, and came quickly, thinking to make sure my neighbor would be home so we could access their water heater. He thought of everything. When Josh arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem, suggested affordable fixes, and taught me a few things along the way. I was so impressed with his honesty, as he could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, run several tests, and taken several hours to charge me a higher price. But he was in and out of there, not looking to charge me an extra buck. He was incredibly kind to every member of my family. Humble, honest, kind, and competent, this is the company you want to trust your home and plumbing needs to. Three thumbs up.

I like to thank Josh from Layout Plumbing. I had my water heater go out and he was able to come out and replace and bring up to code my new water heater in about 3 hours. Very clean and does great work. On top of this problem I had a leaking shower from my upstairs bathroom which caused the leak to travel to my kitchen ceiling.
