TERRIBLE. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES OR LIES POSTED ON ""THEIR"" WEBSITE. We hired Bob to remodel our bathroom. He initially said it will take a week. It took almost 4 MONTHS!!!! and still is half-ass done and not completed correctly. He came sometimes 4 days a week, but that was a rare occasion, he normally showed up maybe 2x a week and got to our house LATE. He would arrive at 10:00-10:30, sometimes 11:30, and always just made an excuse that he had a ""rough start to the morning"". Then he went on vacation 2x in a matter of a couple of months and would be gone for weeks at a time. Just the other day the grout in our shower crumbled all off in one portion and now has to be re-grouted. This is a bathroom that was just ""remodeled"" people!!!!!! There is NO WAY that should be happening. He also had to fix a leak that was dripping into our basement. He said it was fixed, and it seemed to be fixed for about a month. BUT NOW ITS LEAKING AGAIN. and we have to hire a REAL plumber to come out and fix whats broken, to fix a job that was supposedly already done.

Also in the original quote he gave us, it was about $4,000 less then what we actually paid!

All in all it was a TERRIBLE judgment call on our end. I kind of was sketchy at first when we met him, but I didn't listen to my gut when we decided to go with the ""cheapest"" guy. LESSON LEARNED!!! NEVERRRRRRR AGAIN. I would NOT EVER RECOMMEND.

IF YOUR ON THE FENCE, DONT DO IT!!!! YOU WILL THANK ME.

I can't convey the poor workmanship of our tiles in our shower and floor. The horrific way he installed our brand new quartz countertop was unacceptable. Our freestanding tub fixtures shook and rocked, they weren't installed properly. The faucets under the sink look atrocious. The enormous holes drilled in my new cabinets were big enough for a nyc rat to climb though! The uncaring attitude, and lack of pride in his work, meant we had to suffer and endure months without our master bathroom. We finally had to get someone in to correct all the damage he had done, to the best of their ability, without gutting all of his shoddy work. You've been warned!
