Waking up to a puddle in your yard and side walk is never a good feeling. Called on a Sunday to get some information and the lady who answered waa polite and empathic to my situation I was surprised they had appointments on the same day. The repair men came explained what they were going to do and gave a rough estimate which according to online was less than we found. They went got the part and said they would come the following day to fill the hole. They were professional and kept their word and filled the hole they even swept the side walk they are my new plumbers

I wound up changing out my sink, faucet and garbage disposal. I got everything installed myself but wanted a plumber to come out and change out my old corrugated supply lines to quarter turn ball valves. Also since I was going from a two drain to a single drain sink with an off center drain, the waste line needed to be redone.

The repairman arrived right on time, was friendly, and was done pretty quickly. Everything worked great right away and the price was less than I was bracing myself for which is always a good thing. I would definitely recommend this company.

Update 9-2018 I needed my washer water lines fixed up. The shut off valves that were installed when the house was built back in '96 were a joke. I called on a Thursday night, and I was their first appointment at 8 on Friday. Sean came out and had to cut into the dry wall to get access to the pipes. He did the work quickly and he did a really good job patching up the hole. I was worried what it would look like, but it's perfectly fine. He installed modern valves that you can actually turn with your hand. The old valves had a metal ""flag"" with two legs connecting them to the valve. I had to use pliers to open and close the valves and they were never perfectly shut off. Will definitely call them future work. They are great!

I contacted Lawson Family Plumbing about replacing all of my under-sink shut off valves. They were kind and courteous when I called to schedule and they showed up on time and even offered to wear booties when they came to the door. I really appreciated that. I thought the price was fair. Highly recommend.

I have hired many plumbers and contractor's and this outfit ranks among the best imho. Had my faucet replaced and toilet reset. Not a big job but some folks can make a big production out of nothing. Not Lawson's - they kept it simple and quick! They use only best materials and do clean work. Jeff P was efficient, thorough and friendly. Lawsons is easy to do business with. Reasonable charges and punctual! They are my go-to plumbers from now on.

I had a leak from an upstairs shower that seeped down to the first floor ceiling and possibly down the first floor wall. I called Lawson Family Plumbing based on what seemed like legit Yelp reviews.

They answered the phone right away. No message with, ""We'll call you back when we have time."" Then they scheduled someone for later that day!

Daryl came and what a nice man. Down to business but just really genuine and no b.s. Luckily he was there before the restoration company the insurance company sent out left. Daryl took about 5 ten minutes to inspect the shower, took a hard look. He then acquiesced to my request he huddle with the restoration guys and he said, ""I don't think this is a plumbing problem. I think the water is getting through the cracks of the tile joints."" That was exactly the opinion of the other company.

I was so grateful he didn't just try to make money and ask for permission to start removing tiles, etc. not only was he honest, but he and Lawson Family Plumbing did not even charge a fee!!!! EVERYBODY charges an outlandish service fee even if they don't do anything!

Do yourself a favor. USE THESE GUYS!

The owner, Jeff, contacted me almost immediately after I submitted my review and was extremely apologetic. He explained that he was investigating what had happened and was going to work with Old Republic and me to fix the situation. He had a team out by 10 and we now have a working water heater! The team was super nice and did great work. Jeff was great to work with and I can now see why his company gets good reviews. Thank you for the great communication and responsibility!



We were assigned this company by Old Republic Home Warranty because we had a water heater that wasn't working. They had a technician come out the following day. He took one look at the water heater and said it needed to be replaced. He followed that up by saying that he wouldn't be able to do it and it would take two people to remove it and another company would need to be assigned by Old Republic. He was literally in my house for less than five minutes and it was obvious from his demeanor that he didn't want to be there. When I followed up with Old Republic, they told me that he had reported that our water heater was 75 gallons (it was only 50) and used that as his justification for why he couldn't take the job.

Kevin came outdoor how to diagnose a possible leak underneath our concrete slab. Investigate the situation, and determined there was no leak. He did not charge to diagnose the problem, and he was very nice. They seem like a great company, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Mike was very knowledgeable and polite. He installed our RO system and fixed a leaky faucet in our master bath. The installation went great. He gave us great recommendations on how to move forward with a new water softener. I will use him again.

I was told one price over the phone by the person who made it sound like the owner unfortunately when the technician arrived the parts and installation was more than double the wonderful price I was originally quoted. Mr. Lawson himself reached out to me and I am completely confident that the issue will be resolved to a solution that is fair to both the company as well as myself. I must add Mr. Lawson is very much a wonderful part of his company and completely hands on. I'm confident that the issue will be resolved soon. I will keep everyone updated
Mr Lawson is working very diligently to resolve the issue although it appears to have just been an a technical issue. As I said I will keep everyone posted on what occurs. I plan on having this company install my water softener and a new reverse osmosis system very soon in the future most likely next week .I'm confident the next review will be of a job complete and well done
After talking with the owner I was enlightened on how the company gives back to the community I hope my five star rating gets others to use this company for all of their plumbing needs they're very compassionate and as I stated earlier the owner is hands on after my review was posted he called me personally
