I went with the place because of the great reviews. The technician was quick with resolving the problem. The technician was professional. The price was outrageous. The part pricing was hugely marked up. $ 85 for a part that you can get at Home Depot for $7 max. $ 110 for toilet tank replacement parts. $310 to remove a toilet and replace a O ring. I would have been better off getting a handyman to do this work. I feel ripped off.

After writing this review I was contacted by Jeff the owner who discussed the charges with me. To my surprise and shock, he refunded me $ 245! Not many businesses will step up and correct errors in this manner. I feel this owner really cares about what other think of his business as well as correcting any issues that may come up with his technicians. Thank you Jeff, for reaching out to me to make this a better experience for me. I am very impressed with your customer service! I changed that 2 star to 4...because of you!

My hot water heater was silent, we had no hot water in the house, thank goodness it is not cold yet...Called Old West Republic Home Protection people, they gave me a couple names, Lawson Family Plumbing had great reviews, so I picked them. Lawson responded quickly and scheduled a timely service call. The repair guy (Kevin) showed up and was courteous, professional and the best part was he was knowledgeable! He had my problem solved and I was up and running in less than 30 mins.
I have had plumbers show up to my house smelling of pot or alcohol it is SO nice to have a repair guy show up who looks and smells professional! Thank you Lawson you guys are a credit to your profession! I will certainly call you guys first when I need a reliable and knowledgeable plumber!

I have never been so impressed with the service I received from a plumber. We woke up this morning with sewer back up in our shower, bathtub, and both toilets. I found Lawson's online and saw that there was awesome reviews for service and price. I called them and they were out here 15 minutes earlier than the stated time! They explained everything in detail so I could understand it and then did the work. They were in and out in under 2 hours. Pricing was way less than I expected. Mike and Kenneth were super nice and answered all of my questions! God's willing, I won't need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I'm definitely calling Lawson's Plumbing!!!

There is a Reason Lawson has such a high satisfaction rating. They earned it!
I had a leak in the hot water pipe under the slab of my house from the heater to the kitchen. Lawson Family plumbing sent this Great guy, Tony out with another guy (sorry I forgot his name) to identify the leak under the slab with some very cool sonar equipment. They worked up the estimates and sent off the info to my insurance company, themselves. They wre very patient with the insurance process and worked around my schedule as well. Tony gave me several pieces of advice on a few other minor plumbing issues so that I would be able to handle the job myself (shower cartridge and quarter turn know under the sink) so that I wouldn't have to pay him a labor fee for such a small issue. He told me how to do it and do it right so I didn't break anything. Worked out great and saved me a bundle.
Then Tony and Josh showed up on the contract day and knocked out what I thought was a daunting task of rerouting my hot water line through the attic and behind my cabinets, like it was no big thing (in my attic with it 110 degrees outside). Not one sign of floor, cabinet or drywall damage except the cutout they were forced to make behind the heater and then they patched it so well you can barely tell it happened and then went another step to tell me how to recreate the wall pattern to make the work virtually disappear.
Great attitudes and fun to have around. I actually enjoyed the day I spent with plumbers in my house. Imagine that!
Seriously, If you need a plumber at least give them a call and have them come give you a quote. They'll save you money for sure. Top Notch Company.

Best home service experience I've EVER had--no BS. From when I first inquired about if they could help with our garbage disposal to when the tech left my house, the service was extremely prompt and knowledgeable. I had a Saturday appointment between 8-11 and to my complete surprise, the tech showed up at 8 on the dot. I honestly think this was the first time I had a home services company show up within the allotted time, let alone at the start of it. Highly recommend this company when your in need of some plumbing help.

Had Lawson out twice to add a recirculation pump and plumb our second frig ice maker. Good work! I had specific ideas in mind and the tech discussed them with me without being condescending, proposed some new ideas and willingly compromised, performing the work perfectly. Great care was taken to ensure that there were no leaks. Quick response to my first inquiry.

Had to have a plugged line snaked out. Took about 45 mins from greeting to leaving.

Called for a loose kitchen faucet that required special tools to fix and called at 10am they were at the house at 2pm same day to fix and service was great will use them again and recommend them.

Called Monday evening after 5pm. Scheduled next day service between 10am -1pm. Technician (Vic) called at 9:45am to acknowledge that he was on his way with an ETA of 10:15am. Vic arrived on time. Assessed the issue and had a quote for me in 10 minutes. Performed service in 1 hour. Took before and after photos to verify work. Paid on the spot and received invoice w/ the before & after photos. Great job. Extremely happy and will use Lawson Family Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
