I continue to use Lawson for all of my plumbing needs and they have never disappointed. Today they were able to schedule me within one day of my call - for a NON-emergency matter at that! - and Harvey did a great job replacing the old worn out archaic water valves to my washing machine with brand new quarter-turn valves. I have recommended Lawson on many platforms many times and will continue to do so. Kudos!

To start, we got 3 quotes to replace our 12 year old hot water heater.
Yelp reviews and fair pricing along with schedule landed us with Lawson Family Plumbing. Our technician Sean was punctual, friendly and efficient.
Its hard to find quality service these days but Lawson came through for us and we will keep them on our list of go to plumbers.

Mike called and he gave me a quote of $289,00 but his worker""plumber"" took 3 hours and now he's charging me 389:00. Then he said if I don't pay him in one hour he knows where I live.

My water heater broke and after dealing with the drama from our home warranty company we just decided to replace it. Called on a Sunday afternoon and was able to speak to someone and schedule an appt for Monday morning. Very responsive and professional! The technician even gave my advice on how to properly care for it i.e flushing the system.

I had multiple quotes done for the same project. Lawson charged for a sewer scope ($325.00). The equipment used was not accurate at locating the issue regarding tracking in my yard or the depth of the pipe. After inspection they provided me with a $16,500 quote.

Luckily I had 3 quotes done for the same work both came in 10k less than Lawson.

I also did my research on Lawson to find some ROC open complaints. Needless to say, I went with another provider that was more reasonable on price, had a great ranking and NO OPEN ROC complaints!

Highly suggest doing your homework before hiring this company, I'm glad I did!

Edit: Responding to the manager reply. I did receive the quote... it is a quote drafted and on your letterhead.

I had a rattling pipe issue in our master bedroom bath. You turn off water in other parts of the house we got a pipe rattle in the master bath. Our tech Jerry, looked everything over and said let's replace the shower cartridge. That was a job because calcium had built up and it didn't want to come out. He had to dig out the old cartridge, but he got it out and installed the new posi-temp cartridge. The new cartridge fixed the pipe rattle. Jerry said that can happen when posi-temp cartridges get old. Thank you Jerry and Lawson Family plumbing. I couldn't be happier
