My Ahwatukee area property, had developed a leak somewhere between the meter box & the house. Our go to household plumber said he didn't do those types of plumbing jobs. So I did some research and contacted Lawson Family Plumbing. From my intial call to discussing what was wrong, through scheduling and meeting the plumber everything was positive, polite & professional. The quality work and attention to detail was excellent. They carefully pushed back gravel to dig to make repair, when they finished there was no sign that the area of the yard had even bee touched. The gentleman did a great job & I even got a on-line discount that was mentioned / offered at that time! Will definitely use again!!

Our main sewer line was clogged and I called about 10 different companies to get someone out same day. Most companies were helpful but couldn't give a specific date or time they would be out. I called Lawson around 9AM and they were able to help me, same day. They were able to come over and fix the problem within 30 minutes. The plumber, Matt, explained to me what happen in a way that's easy to understand and and gave me advise on another general plumbing question that I had. I would definitely use this company again will recommend them the others.

I was having toilet problems. I knew that a piece of plastic from my bidet had come loose and went down The drain. Based on reviews I called Lawson the first guy that came out was a problem. He didn't listen to me, didn't fix it, said it's the worse job and came into the house smelling like smoke. Of course the problem wasn't fixed. So they sent me someone new on a Sunday. David Campos was the plumber today. Wonderful experience. He listened to me. He had to take apart my toilet which was cemented to my tile. He warned me the tile and toilet could both be damaged. Neither happened. after 5 hours the plastic piece is out. The toilet works. Nothing is damaged and I couldn't be more pleased. Now I haven't seen the new bill yet but I'm so thankful for the great experience with David that whatever happens happens. I will use them again and next time ask for David. Oh and my dog loved him !!!

September 23, 2016- We had our brand new water heater from Lowe's give out after a few months and it flooded our garage. We called Lawson and they sent their technician Tony Paredes who came to the rescue on a Friday afternoon. Tony went above and beyond even accompanying me to Lowe's to return the defective water heater and help choose a replacement. He answered all my questions and gave me advice on how to best maintain a water heater by replacing the anode rod after a few years. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and professional! I have had the Lawson Family Plumbing card taped to my water heater in the event we ever needed plumbing services again. Well guess what?! I will be calling them in the morning to help me once again with another issue! Thank you Tony and thank you Lawson Family Plumbing!

Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. when the technician came and assessed the actual repair , he charged us an fair amount -below the quoted amount -for the exact work done and provided care/maintenance tips for us.There was no standing around or push to sell additional services or items. My kitchen sink was leaking. Pulled out Yelp and they had a strong backing. Decided to give them a call. They fixed that sink issue and a leak in my back yard plumbing that same day. A little pricier than another company, I did not mind. Their responsiveness and communication throughout the entire process was more than worth it. You get what you pay for and they did an amazing job so I'm very happy!!!!!! I would recommend them to any and all of my family.

Our hot water heater went out and flooded our a room in our home but we didn't discover it until 6pm. Lawson Plumbing came out that night in a quick and timely manner. We discussed our options and decided to go with a tankless water heater. Jason and David installed it for us and we couldn't be happier with the service they rendered!! They were polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves! I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Jason, David and the whole crew at Lawson Plumbing. I just wanted to update my previous three star review. We had done work done by them and had an issue with one of the technicians. Lawson contacted me directly and more than made it right. They exceeded my expectations as a customer and I'll definitely be calling them for our next plumbing need.

They repaired a very complicated drainage issue under the foundation. We also had them install the surround shower and tub.

Initially we did not have a great tech at the time the problem was diagnosed. However they made that right in so many ways by sending out a great team for the repair.

I am late in posting this review - but 2 years later everything is running PERFECTLY!

We needed a full house re-pipe as the previous owners did a copper to galvanized system that just created a bunch of back up and blockage. They came in and fully re-piped the entire house in less than two days didn't leave a gigantic mess and we were able to get back to our daily lives rather quickly!

These guys are noble, and they come in and tell you exactly what you need and don't fluff up the invoice just to make more money.

I find that it's pretty hard to find reliable and amazing plumbers. This is my one stop shop from this point forward.

As much as I wanted the water softener that they recommended it just wasn't in the budget right before Christmas, so I had to say no for now. But after tax returns come in I will certainly call them to have that installed!
