I have used Lawrenceville Fuel in the past & never had an issue. I recently had an issue with a dripping bathtub faucet. I had to wait 1 week for an appointment. Repair person came today & advised me to purchase a faucet. The faucet I purchased was incorrect, so the repair person went to a plumbing supply shop & purchased a delta RP17454 faucet and charged me $150. The online price is $49.00. I called Lawrenceville Fuel who advised me that it is standard practice to charge 50% of the cost of the item. The repair person left & the faucet still leaks. The job itself is a 5 minute job, you just remove the old faucet & screw in the new. The job cost nearly $400, talk about taking advantage for a 5 min job that did not fix the issue.

I've never used your services since I live in Atlanta, Georgia, but you've created a great conversation between my dad and I! My dad and I were talking about how he visited Lawrenceville Fuel a few years back and remembered he was pictured on one of their brochures. He was employed there around 1983 when this photo was taken. I saw that the owner pointed out that she is the girl in the photo and I found that to be so cool!! Thanks for keeping the photo up on the internet, we loved being able to find it!

My wife and I had them out to install a garbage disposal as well as to help with the installation of ventilation for our oven. I must say dealing with them was very easy. They were prompt in getting the work done and very flexible around the appointment - my wife & I both work, so that was important. My wife ran point on these projects and we had them both installed within a few days. I was assuming these projects would take longer, so I was pleasantly surprised. We had a follow-up question after the install and they were very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend!

I've relied on this company multiple times over the years and they generally do a good job. However, less than a year after my 5th (!!) new sump pump and about a month after an air conditioner leak, both failed and my basement flooded simultaneously from two separate sources. They replaced the sump pump (again!) but charged me labor. I hired another firm, Gold Medal, to clean up the flood damage and fix the air conditioner, and they walked me through how the prior repair was done poorly.
