We had an error code on our Rinnai Tankless. Looked on the web for a qualified Rinnai contractor. Lawrence Plumbing was suggested. I looked at their website and found an offer for a free estimate. I called the phone number and was connected with an AI agent. I gave my information and was later contacted by a text message. An appointment was scheduled for today in the AM, sometime between 8:00 am and noon. Was told I would receive a phone call from the technician assigned to the job. I received a text message at 7:45 saying Ben was on his way. He arrived 20 minutes later and came in and looked at the Rinnai. He never took off the cover or even copied the model number for reference. He confirmed my email address and said he would send an estimate in the next hour. Several hours later, I had not received an email, so I texted the number I had received a text from earlier and notified who I thought was the technician that I had not heard from them with the estimate. An estimate was immediately sent for a replacement of a furnace heat exchanger totaling $1932.00. This is not what I was requesting. I immediately sent a text and an email saying that I received the wrong estimate, and never heard back from Lawrence Plumbing. This company does not answer the phone and talk to customers, rather send text or email. They send the wrong quote. I will do the requested service myself!
