Great service. Skip came out and changed out our expansion tank. while here we asked him to check our water pressure coming into the house bc a previous plumbing company had told us our PSI was 90 and we needed to change a part - and required a hefty fee. upon checking 3 times. he showed us that it was 50-60. which is acceptable. no service required.

Skip is honest and thorough with very competitive pricing. Lawhorn is now our plumber of choice.

A major job that 'had' languished due to health issues and ""then"" it was time to get it done. Skip was referred to us via an HVAC company (Mountain Air) to finish the connection between our 125 gallon propane tank and Generac whole house generator. It had been ready to go for a year but no hookup. It's a serious business (I guess) and we did it with a permit. Skip and Kassandra (his very communicative assistant who kept us on top of each and every action) came out (we'd had the company do some in-house bathroom work but that was tiny compared to, but accomplished well) to evaluate and estimate. Skip is very pleasant, easy going but a stickler for doing things right. He provided a review of the job and reasonable estimate and 'why' it was as it was. English, not tech, and understandable and it was a go. Lots of digging
in a rocky area and 18"" (+) deep and it came out very nice. The pipes were placed, everything covered over and all done in two days with a 'county review' in the middle. Happy and will have nice emergency electric just in case. Cannot recommend more highly 'Lawhorn Plumbing', Skip and Kassandra were professional and wonderfully communicative and trustworthy.

Before Mr Lawhorn left to Arizona, I had him work on many problems I had with electrical, my water heater, house fans, and so many other little things that continued getting old in my house. I was so bummed out when he chose to leave my area because he always did such a great job. Many years later everything he worked on in my house is still working great. I would recommend Mr Lawhorn to anyone that needs something done. I have never met a more honest man than him.

Lawhorn Plumbing has been to my house twice. They are prompt and have great communication. There price was fair. Here is why I will use them in the future.

Skip took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He allowed me to ask questions. He ensured I understood what he was going to do before he began any work. He explained ways that I could maintain certain things that would reduce his visits. That was proof to me that he was more concerned with taking care of his customers rather than simply profiting off his customers.

Having a great plumber is only as good as the office staff. Kassandra made the appointments and billed me for the services. She took the time to makes sure I understood what I would be billed for and how much. I really appreciated not feeling like I was just another client. It was. almost like dealing with a friend.

I absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

This was our second time using Lawhorn Plumbing in Prescott. First time, we had a rather old garbage disposal removed and replaced. Skip did a great job. Clean, quick, technically sound ...all factors that matter a bunch with a plumbing job. Pleased with the service, we contracted with Lawhorn Plumbing to remove an ages-old hot water tank and replace it with an on-demand water heater and a water softener (plus check a few other small items in the house). Skip and Kassandra scheduled the work to fit our schedule so we didn't go days without hot water, very important! And what a wonderful job Lawhorn Plumbing did! Clean up after was perfect too. I won't be using a different plumber ever as long as Lawhorn is in business.
