I was ordering oil for a while from them and it was almost always on time delivery.
Until a last time experience with the oil order. I put the online order, received confirmation and date for the delivery date in 3 days. Week later my husband told me that we are running low on oil ( i was sure oil has been delivered -- never checked) I called and left couple of voicemails, never got call back, eventually was able to reach them and been told that track is broken and might be fixed at the end of the week but they not sure) No apologies for not contacting about not delivering oil on time or returning my calls) I understand thing get broken, however you do not ignore your customer, especially regulars. Although they did not forgot to charge my credit card :) Once called to get my money back received a very rude lady on the other end.
Never ordering oil from them again!

Ordered fuel and received confirmation that it would be delivered Monday. Credit card was charged on Monday. Called repeatedly and kept being told it would be delivered the next day. Wasn't delivered until Thursday. Told us they had to look at furnace first delivery so basically messed up my husband's schedule for the week, as he made sure he was home. Not worth the lower cost. Should be honest with people about delivery time. First and last time we use this company.

The worst!!!!!! Stay away! My wife ordered oil, they never showed up. When we called, extremely rude service basically told us 'the order was never placed' and it was our fault, which is BS because I was right next to my wife when she placed an order, gave cc info and got a confirmation. When I said there screwed my family including small children, the response was 'nothing i can do, etc, not out problem'.. stay away!! luckly there are other choices for oil. Law..too bad there is no law against bs delivery commitments!

ZERO stars. Guaranteed oil would be delivered, never showed and never returned calls. Happened before, but figured we could give them the benefit of the doubt. Very upset with their service, will NOT return NOR recommend.

Undependable and irresponsible. I ordered fuel on-line on 1/5/17, was told delivery would be made on 1/9/17. By 1/16/17 no delivery was made had to call another Company and because my tank was empty it needed to be primed. A call to Law fuel proved futile, they claimed they didn't deliver because there was a glitch in the system, and they would remove the charge from my credit card so I guess even though they didn't deliver, I was being charged. Judging from other comments here I guess it's nothing new w/ this company. I hope that everyone who's had a similar problem called the BBB, Consumer Affairs and complained to whoever would listen.

After reading the other reviews, I was a little concerned to make a one time order, but I didn't have many options since I couldn't find anyone close by and at a good price for a quick fill up. Gladly, everything with my order went extremely smooth. I set up an account on their site in 5 minutes, made my order, and they showed up 2 days later in the morning. I had no issues whatsoever. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I would have preferred to pay at the time of delivery, instead of before hand. All in all, I will most likely order from Law again! There price was close to 50 cents cheaper a gallon than other suppliers in the area!

I would have given only 1 star but their prices are so much better than rivals that I couldn't do it. Customer service is disappointing . I was told by receptionist to submit my fill request online on a Thursday for a ""promised""Friday delivery, but it is Wednesday and I'm just crossing my fingers I don't run out of oil before they (hopefully) deliver. When I called to confirm that I will get delivery (1 week later) bc we're sitting on E, was told ""he'll deliver until he runs out of oil""... ummmm? They might be okay if you request a refill when you're down to 1/2-1/3 tank but wouldn't recommend them if you need a quick fill. Not sure I'll be using them again, even if their prices are so good!

Extremely bad experience!!! Order the heating oil on Tuesday and confirm for delivery on Friday. Never show up on Friday. Called the office millions time and also sent few email. NEVER response. Will not use them again

I ordered oil and got charged for it on Monday 2/8, today is 2/17 and I still haven't gotten my order. I can see why they don't have good reviews because they're customer service ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. I must have called 10 times and left 4 voicemails within the week and 1/2 and I still haven't heard back from this company. I've had this company deliver to me twice so far and this is the last time. Hopefully I get my money back. Stay Away

I've gotten oil from Law Fuel a couple times now, and have not any problems. Their pricing is good, and described well on their website, with no hidden delivery charges.
